He listened to every concern I had and addressed every single one. Stephen is very transparent and an amazing communicator. Even when he's in the field it feels like he pauses everything to take care of me, they are all so responsive. Tyler was the most recent employee to service our home and called me before heading over to make sure all of my concerns were noted and addressed. She was so professional on the phone and again so amazing at the job she completed! We subscribed to your service about 3 years ago. Everyone has been very professional and timely. The techs treat everywhere outside every time. They started treating the inside. After a couple inside treatments, we didn't need the inside treated each time. If we needed it and asked, the tech retreated the inside immediately. There have been 4 times I remember where some spiders, ants, a water bug and fruit flies appeared. I called or texted your service and got a fast response to the retreatment request as part of the bimonthly fee, no additional cost. Thank you for your company's professional service. New Solutions is the best Pest company I have ever had. Before I used them I had a lot more f spiders. I was bitten by a brown loclus spider that ended me up in the hospital for five days. They had to do surgery immediately. It almost caused me my life. since I have started using New Solutions I barely see any spiders or bugs inside or outside my home. Their service is outstanding and their employees are awesome! I very seldom have to call them for any problems with bugs. I recommend them to everyone. Ive been using this pest control company for years now and their work is awesome. I had some issues with gnats and ants and when I told them about it ; they came out with no hesitation and sprayed .
