They made sure I got the molding style I wanted, and they even patched up some unlevel concrete subfloor before install. On top of that, they really saved the day when the glue I purchased from Lowe's turned out to be expired -- they were quick to notify me and subsequently remedy the situation by recommending an alternative. They brought the new glue to the site the very next day, preventing the project from any delay. All the employees were very nice, did great quality work, and were always prompt (shoutout to Alberto and team). The owner Erick was also very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions throughout the entire process. Communicative, fast, good quality, and cost effective. Can't ask for much more.

Michael spent time explaining to me how stains last and the type of stains that could go towards the orange color I was trying to avoid. He sent me pictures and was very helpful in the process of picking a stain and finish. While Michael and his team were working, they noticed some areas that still had carpet and staples (which were supposed to be removed by our General Contractor, but did not do a great job), and he volunteered to remove it, and was happy to do it! Once all the work was done, my husband and I checked to see how everything looked and we loved it!!! Everything looked so fresh and the stain we selected (weathered oak) looked stunning! I love how everything blended in so well and the stain looked so natural. The team did an AMAZING JOB!!!
