I messaged A&D for help removing the old caulking (which was cracked, mildewed, and peeling off) in my shower and replacing it with new caulking. They responded promptly, and once I sent pictures, they were able to provide me with an all-costs-included quote. I had emailed a few other companies to get quotes as well, and A&D's prices were definitely among the most reasonable. I had a lot of questions about the project, which I sent by email, and Andrew always responded promptly and candidly with the information I needed. I felt comfortable moving forward and was able to make an appointment for just a few days later. Andrew was courteous, professional, and did a terrific job with the re-caulking. He helped me to figure out the best color of caulking to use, and worked efficiently, but without rushing anything. Once he finished, he asked me inspect the shower to make sure that everything was okay. The new caulking looks so much better than the old caulking, and I'm really happy with the work. Andrew even went out of the way to fix one of the fixtures in my shower that had become loose. I really appreciated the quality of his work, and would highly recommend hiring A&D! While Andrew was there, I asked him about some other issues I've been having with the apartment. He helped to look at my kitchen sink (which has a small leak) and would have fixed that too, had I had the tools available. Andrew and Dimitri (A&D) were just perfect in so many ways. We needed to have work done in our apartment before we moved in (hardwood floor sanding and staining, painting and patching, electric requiring and light fixtures, removing and remodeling built-ins, installing closet doors, refurbishing a fireplace, etc). They were very responsive both before and during the work, we were able to regularly communicate via phone calls or text messages. What I really love about them is that they did the work as if it was their own place, super attentive to details and perfectionist which I appreciated a lot. This was my first time looking for a handyman service through Yelp so I didn't know my request for a quote went out to many. A&D were the first to call me back and they were really nice and organized. They were available the day I needed them to come so I was really happy. They came and brought all their own tools and supplies and took less than an hour to install my heavy mirror! They were very efficient and very nice as well. We used A&D to repair 4 windows in our apartment and repaint the entire apartment. They did a phenomenal job and we were extremely happy with the results. They were very responsive when we reached out, and showed up quickly to take a look at the apartment and give us a quote. Andrii and Dimitri are fast, considerate, and detailed workers. They are incredibly responsive over phone, email, and text. We renovated a bedroom, and had them install laminate flooring and moulding, patch sheetrock, and hang curtains and closet poles.
