AJ made the wrong cut on one of my recessed lights leaving a mark on the ceiling. They made a mess on the floors and said they would clean the floors really good once done but it was a rush job and barely cleaned anything up. On day two AJ showed up I told the owner ( Steve ) to make sure his worker comes in with footy for their boots but he didn't and tracked all inside my home causing a mess. AJ is very sloppy and doesn't respect others belongings. He finally put footys on once I asked him too. He installed one of the two switches I had originally asked for. My complaint is simply this..why do we have to pay for 2 hours of work when the time was one and a half hours. Additionally a half hour of that time was for the tech to go to Home Depot for a part he did not have on his truck. The tech said he called the office and was told to charge this fee. He said if it is more than an hour he rounds up. What is so hard about dividing 2 into 135.00. The answer is $67.50. You should be able to do the math at those prices.
