I had no prior dealings with the company or its owner but saw its high rating on Yelp. The company installed an outdoor inlet to the circuit box for my portable generator, as well as some new track lighting. We first received an initial oral estimate from a larger electrical installation company on their visit to the house -- but when their written estimate was sent, it was close to double their first estimate. Without knowing about those earlier estimates, Hardball Electric's price was very close to the first--in other words, very fair! In fact, so fair, that my wife insisted that we give Rich a bonus!
