For a first time visit, the store can be overwhelming but once you walk around once or twice you'll see that there's a method to the madness and it's actually pretty well organized. If you get totally lost, there's usually a staff member available to help and they're pretty friendly. See a wig you like? They'll actually help you try it on (they actually prefer that you don't do it yourself). If you're not quite sure on which color of hair to get to match your own, they can also help you find the best one.

I tried several times throughout the day to make an appointment and only got answering machine…read morestating to leave name and number and will receive call back. I lost track of how many msgs I left, probably around 10. The site stated hrs of operation is 9am to 9pm. I started calling in the morning and it is now 7:15pm and I never received a call back. If they aren't going to have a receptionist, I would expect them to check their msgs throughout the day and return the call. I don't know how they stay in business if you can't even make an appointment. I even tried the online booking service and they never got a response either. I wanted to try this salon but if this is their customer service I am not impressed. I have never had a hair salon where they not only don't answer the phone, but don't even call back. Who does business this way?
