I live there for four years and now that I left the home they are changing me 6 thousand dollars for repairs. 4 thousands for painting the house where when we got the house they did a bad job in fixing up. When we needed something fix the took weeks even months before we got something fix and the next week to be broken again because there maintenance person don't even know what they are doing, we had a root groaning in the floor downstairs that was un balancing the whole house they are full of it. read more

Been living in one of their homes for 8 months now , Had a problem with the water heater that they came and fixed but didn't plumb the pop off valve back up so it leaks into a cracked pan and get my carpet wet in the hallway... My sewer has been clogged up for 2 weeks and I've gotten them on the phone twice and left multiple messages and they have still yet to come unclogg my sewer in the yard so there is toilet paper all in my front yard... My advice would be to take your money somewhere else as they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENNANTS ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY YOU PAY THEM... Be smart and stay away from this company of slum lords... Be thankful I have to click on 1 star because New View doesn't deserve that read more

This is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever worked with. I applied for a rental with them. I was never responded to with any answer or follow up with my application. I called and spoke with several people. I was told that they will call me back with a status. No one ever called me back. This broker should be ashamed on how he run his business. read more

I am writing this review because I don't want anyone to have to go through the same horrible and expensive experience I went through with William Orosco. For 7 years he rented out my house and we had several tenants live there, which we had problems with every single one. The first one moved out without notice and left with keys. And the last one had to be evicted after living free for three months. On top, even though we paid William to do inspections on the house, when the tenant moved out, the house had a horrible dog smell, carpet and base boards chewed up, and a huge cage was in the garage. I had to pay within two years more than $15,000 in repairs. In addition I lost several months of rent. William said lots of times people apply to rent a property but someone else ends up living in the house. Since he manages 900 properties (according to William O) he does not have the time to see who is actually living in the house. Now that I am finally selling my house, because I have lost so much money renting it out, William charged me 3.5% commission, in addition to the buyer's agent commission. On top I had to do things he should have been doing as the broker, and that's that I am living out of the country. I am so glad this horrible experience will finally end with the closing of my house. I DO NOT recommend this company. I have attached 3 pictures that I still had saved on my phone. The damages from this last tenant was more than $3,000. They didn't last a year and lived 3 months free until they were evicted. read more

I did not have a good experience with this Realtor group. They scheduled me for a viewing around 3:45pm-4:30. I show up early and the door is locked and there is no one in sight. I then call the company for them to tell me the realtor is running late and he will be there in 7 minutes. I go back in my car and wait for 15 minutes. I then call back for one of the customer service agents to tell me the realtor was there and didn't see anybody so he left. Mind you this is at 4:10pm. I was there the whole time and they flat out lied to me on the phone. When I questioned the customer service rep she responded with no empathy and told me "tough luck". I kid you not this is the worse experience I had with a realtor group. And I wouldn't recommend working with them until they hire employees that show some pride in their job. read more

DO NOT RENT from these people. They do not care for their tenants. All they care about is getting the money over the quality of life of leasees. I live at the Remount location and it's ghetto. First of all, there is a ton of furniture outside the complex visible from the road. It's been there over a week, long enough for them to make a phone call to have it collected, but they haven't. Secondly, they enter your home most of the time we/out permission. Or they give you 48 hours to prepare buy never an exact time so you can schedule to be home as well. Third, some of the residents have had locks changed with no keys given to access these doors (that should be a crime) but they get away with it. They also penalize you for calling in for what you consider to be an emergency that they dont. For instance, say it's 96 degrees outside and you live on the top floor and your a/c unit stops working. They will charge you for requesting immediate service. They don't care about grandma, papa or the little babies. That too should be a crime. New View Realty is a corporate criminal whose only concern is profit with the least amount of expenses. We're currently renting an apartment from this real estate company and our window leaks. Not a small leak but a leak that soaks the living room floor when it rains. They haven't responded to our emails and when we call they place blame on a "private owner" that cannot he contacted. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. read more

This rental has been a nightmare!! This house should have never been leased to someone in the condition it was in. When talking with the owner, he was very rude and didnt even research the situation prior to calling me. I have missed over 30 hours of work and countless hours of sending emails and following up on things this company fails to follow up on. When they schedule appointments, they don't tell them what they are coming out for so you have to explain everything when they get here even though you explained it to the property manager. As someone else said, "This is the most unprofessional realty company I have every worked with." I will NEVER lease from this company again. I have 6 pages worth of pictures and appointments for this house. I should not be paying this amount of rent for something in this condition. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I rented with new view realty group a house at 5117 caravel ct charlotte nc 28215 .while there my heating unit was running on aux and barely working and made my electric bill about 400 a month. I told them about it in December 2015. They waited for months to get it fixed in may 2016 and when they sent the repair guy he said it needed to be replaced and it would cost a few thousand dollars. While dealing with this from dec 2015 to may 2016 the manager named william accepted that my rent would be late due to the high electric bill i was getting. Keep in mind i was PAYING THE RENT EVERY MONTH but just later in the month than usual because i was trying to keep my lights on with that electric bill. I had been taking care of my mom there but sadly she passed August 2015 and it was just alot at the time for me. Knowing this ..the manager william and i had talked about it ALL ...surprise! they still filed for an eviction in june 2016 right after the heating unit was replaced!!. I then agreed to pay the entire rent balance and set a day to drop it off. On the day of it was 2 days before the eviction and william said that would be fine. The next day william TEXTED me said the owners refused to accept payment. So next day me and my kids were suddenly homeless. 2 months later the place was up for rent at $125 more per month than what i was paying. They obviously were paying for the new heating unit . they are cold hearted, money hungry and untrustworthy. If you deal with them make sure you communicate via email so that EVERYTHING IS IN WRITING because they're word means nothing. I'm finally just now getting back on track 4years later after the hell of being suddenly homeless and having that eviction on my rental history.
