Im a new patient to New to NEW VISION EYE CARE CENTER in Rome GA. Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy. The Staff, and Doctors were all Great. They all went above and beyond to help me with my Contact Lens Glasses and Understanding My Insurance. More Importantly to me was that there is a DOCTOR ON-SITE. I Purchased a pair of Progressive Glasses they came back with in a reasonable amount of time. My glasses are super clear I can see at a distance and up close. These people are horrible. If i could give them a zero i would. My finance went in for an eye exam. The doctor told him that nothing had changed from the year before. They have him a pair of trial contacts that were +5.0 when he needed a +7.0. They said they had to order him the correct strength. Ok We waited a week for the new trial pair because they wouldn't give him his prescription until he wore the contacts for 2 weeks. The lady in the front made him come back in because the rx on his chart was wrong or so she said. Again we had to wait on a new trial pair. The trial pair came in and guess what? the wrong prescription. The lady argues that they didn't make a mistake and his eye have gotten better. I've never seen your eyes getter better as you age. Long story short. He had to go back in and still no contacts. read more

We have been going here for 15 years and this year they charged us on my sons debit card and on my card also after his was "denied". We have shown them via our bank statement where the funds come out of checking account and was paid to New Vision but they say they can't do anything about it that hey have no office manager and their credit card company isn't showing the charge. Dr Rees is a good Dr but they are super high on their glasses and contacts. They just lost a long time family as customers due to their inefficient accounting and book keeping and unprofessional handling of our account. read more

The eyewear salesperson severely scratched my glasses while she tried to adjust them. She and the front desk person then tried to cover up their damage and send me on my way. Do yourself a favor and never step foot in this place as long as the front desk person and the eyewear salesperson are employed there. read more

The staff here were friendly and smiling when they told me I had no other guarantee on my frames except from the manufacturer! I paid a #$@% LOAD for these plastic frames which never would contour to my face. I went back twice for fittings, but to no avail. Of course there was no return because I had had lens put in them elsewhere. There was no consideration for a compromise.......just we are NOT responsible for the fact that your frames don't fit properly.
