FILTHY!!!! I'm in a hurry or I would have left. There is water spilled on the floor, there are dryer sheets all over the floor and other random trash. A previous reviewer said her clothes came out smelling bad. My clothes smell fine however I always put white vinegar in the softener spot to naturally kill smells. read more

Never been to the other laundromat in town, so I can't compare. This laundromat is relatively new and clean, with a variety of machine sizes. The machines worked and many were available. Joe, the manager, was there, friendly and helpful. Best of all, from my perspective, is that I could use my credit card, instead of dealing with a ton of quarters. He also offers a wash, dry and fold service and will deliver to your door on request. read more

I went to this laundromat bc my home dryer had broke. I had my clothes in several dryers, each for the exact same amount of time. One specific dryer melted my daughters sweatshirt and a blanket. The clothes were so hot, you could barely even touch them in 1 specific dryer. I immediately reported it, sent pictures. I was told they tested the dryer and it was fine. My blanket tag said medium heat, I had it on high. Im willing to except responsibility on that even though I have always dried the blanket on high and never had a problem. The sweatshirt label on the front was melted together. They did NOTHING. Told me it was my blanket that melted the sweatshirt. The clothes in this dryer were so hot, you couldn't touch them. More than half of their washers/dryers have OUT OF ORDER signs on them. Im very disappointed in the poor customer service. read more

This place is filthy, dirty dirty floor, spills, washers look like they haven't been wiped down in weeks. I called the number to let the owner know this laundromat needs attention & not only did no one answer, but the mail box was full. My shoes were sticky just walking through here. Why would anyone want to do their laundry there is beyond me. If I could give it no stars as a rating I would. read more

Filthy, filthy, filthy. I have returned here 3 times and each time the place looks like it has not been cleaned in a year!! Garbage cans over-flowing, junk on the floor, machines have spilled detergent & softener caked on, several machines "ate" the credit card payment so I had to dispute with my credit card company. Then, the credit card readers quit working and I had to go find quarters only to have the machines fail to work after depositing coins. I finally decided it is worth driving an extra 20 miles to another laundry facility that is actually cleaned at least once every month. This place is despicable and a health hazard even to cockroaches. It is not worth the 1 star I have to rate in order to post. read more

It's machines are cleaner and better maintained than Heritage but are twice the price. They have half price Sunday's and Wednesday's but that just makes them the same cost as the competition and it gets too busy on these days. It is possible to use credit cards and they have a prepay card that is a little cheaper, which is great but think overall they need a more competitive price point. read more

I got a bit worried when I saw past reviews but this place is just the opposite of the negative ones! I walked in to a clean area with plenty of machines to use. As I was waiting for my clothes the new owner came in and was cleaning and making sure everything was in order. She took over the business 2 months ago and is putting a lot of work in it and had wonderful ideas to make it even better! Clothes came out clean and dry and I would come back in a heart beat for my laundry needs! read more

I went in there every single week to wash and dry my laundry but last weekend I inserted a 10 dollar bill into the quarter machine and it only gave me back $5.75. I called the number that is posted to call in case of an emergency but didn't get a call back, even left a voice mail and a callback number. Went in there today with higher hopes of not getting ripped off and the quarter machine did not even take my 5 dollar bill. Lost a good customer read more

I have been using this laundromat for approximately 7 months and it has slowly gone downhill, especially if you go on the half price days. junk all over the floor. Since I have been going here, the same large washer has been out of order. I used it Sunday 2/4/18 and I used the large 70 pound washer and my comforter came out half wet, half dry. Put it in the dryer and came out smelling almost like gas. Plus, half the hair that was on it, was still on it. Smelled it all the way home. Along with the other comforter and sheets I had washed. Done using this laundromat, I will gladly find another one. read more

For the first time in my life, I'm living somewhere without on-site laundry, so I decided to check this place out (rather than drive 30 miles to mooch off of my parents' washing machine). New Wave is great. It's open 24/7, which is super convenient with my schedule. There are plenty of machines, so I never have to worry about waiting. The prices are reasonable, and all of the machines have a credit card reader so I don't have to dig for change all the time. There are two TV's and wifi, so I'm able to keep myself entertained while I wait for my wash to finish. The laundromat is located in a strip mall in a busy-ish area of town, and there is 24-hour surveillance, so I always feel safe, even if I'm there late at night. The only time I had any trouble with a machine, I emailed the staff and received a prompt and polite response, promising to check into the problem and fix it ASAP. This is a great business deserving of praise and recognition. read more

Clothes had an odd stale smell. They smelled cleaner going in than coming out. Back to heritage.
