He wasn't even out of the driveway and I was calling his office to ask him to come back. They said he was turning around and would be "right back", he couldn't have been even a mile down the road. I waited for 15 minutes for him to come back (14 more than he waited for me) and called them to say "no thanks, we'll find someone else". I would not recommend them to anyone.

He was here by 5:30 pm and we had water that evening. By the next day Matt had replaced our pressure tank, well pump and some rusted (35 Y.O.) galvanized pipes.
