We called from multiple phones for an hour and a half and she ignored us. Then Informed my husband that "the contract was breached" and she left. I called and left a voice mail stating if she didn't go get them I was calling the police and she finally answered and said she was at dollar general. It was like 11 pm so no she was not.... she picked them up finally after being stranded for a couple hours and took them back home 3 hours early. Then refused to give any money back. Was told the air was out on the 18 person vehicle and they would send a 14 person bus and when asked if the price would be adjusted Jim said no, and sarcastically said "you wouldn't even know the seating difference if I hadn't told you about it". Then the night before the wedding someone named Limo Bob from another company called and said he was helping out Jim and his company because Jim at Encore wouldn't have a party bus for us. He said he could send a 13 party SMALL shuttle bus and put a cooler down for the 14th person with a pillow on top. Or he could send a 44 person bus for $300.00 more. ALL THIS THE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING!!! Limo Bob was not sympathetic at all and we had no choice, so Bob showed up with a Holiday Inn shuttle with the cooler for a seat and the air barely working on a 90 degree day.
