DONT GO HERE BIG RED FLAG JUST LIKE SCRIBS!!!! for anyone that has delt with scribs they know why they went out of business and these guys are just like them. back in march I took my 97 xp in for an engine install to new wave and met kurt at first he was a nice guy and told me he will take care of everything but when he calls me 1 1/2 months later and tells me theres one part that he isn't able to find and if I wanted him to do the install I would have to find it myself... I knew I was in trouble. but I decided to take up the task. I also had trouble finding the part and kept him posted that I was working on it constantly and I will find it he says just bring it in when you do. so 3 months after I originally brought it in I found the part gave it to him and he said give him a week or two and he will order the rest of my stuff I need through his dealer. I gave him two weeks and I call back and I'm told some.Guy named Tony is the new shop.manager and Kurt is out at the.moment. THIS ASSHOLE is so rude at first he tells.me that they tried to install my engine and it doesn't work so I need to pick it up and I told him that's impossible Kurt hasn't ordered the rest of what I need he was gonna call me with an estimate first so after I correct him and I explained to him everything me and Kurt were talking about he tells me oh okay I was thinking of another one which was a lie he tells me to hold on and he will go talk to the tech and call me back. call me back maybe five or ten minutes later to tell me there's nothing they can do for me my seadoo has been in their shop for 4 months too long I need to come pick it up before they put it on lean I said I have been waiting for Kurt to order these parts and he's never said anything to me that's why I'm calling you now he then tells me kurt is no longer the owner he is the new owner I asked him how did you go from shop manager to owner in a matter of minutes he tells me I'm the owner it seems like they're trying to steal my seadoo and engine so I'm going to pick it up today hopefully!!! read more

Kurt and the guys who work with him worked miracles on my bike. I have a 1979 kawasaki kz400 that had problems and wanted to die at every stop light. I first went to full throttle in santee and the wanted to charge me $150 to adjust my valves, said that my bike had tight valves. I ended up calling new wave powersports, Kurt said bring it by and he will take a look at it. Ended up being dirty carbs and a melted wiring harness for starters. After everything they did now my bike is safe and road worthy. I was surprised how low his prices were and they had great customer service. They have Great Customer Service, Ernie and Tony provided all information I needed about my 2001 sea-doo and explained to me what had happened in a way I could understand it, because I know nothing about engines. Unfortunately I needed a new engine, But to my surprise the price for my new SBT block and labor was great. I got my sea-doo about two weeks later and it runs great !!. Employees were on top of it and they really knew what they were doing. The shop looks great! And I would highly recommend to others. Thank to Ernie and Tony for a great experience. read more

This shop is new. Clean. And has some very cool stuff to offer. The people who work there were very friendly and very helpful. Not to mention I think these guys have the best prices I have found. They also have these cool jet pack things I have not seen anywhere else. I recommend if you haven't stopped by and check these guys out then you don't know what your missing.
