****** I'm unsure how to improve on the service. The owner Mike has been responsive, professional, polite and helpful each time I've requested service. This week I asked for help receiving an S1000XR from a motorcycle carrier - because I was traveling out of the area. Mike was happy to help and be available for the delivery of my bike. The first time I worked with Full Throttle was two years ago, when I purchased a Triumph Tiger XC for my son's upcoming Baja trip. Mike helped with tires, chain, and sprockets - and we were in our way South in no time. The previous owner of the Triumph lives in Jumal, and raved about Full Throttle

Mike rebuilt my 1979 RD 400 Daytona special from the tires up and did a fantastic job and I even want a trophy second place for best Yamaha at 2 Stroke Extraganza in 2020. Aaron B. Streeter

I like to wear pretty dresses with sun hats and go to tea parties but I also love to jump on my Harley and hit the road with absolutely no destination in mind just to have the wind in my hair and feel the sun warm my face. Unfotunately the first part makes maintaining my baby monster a little hard. Happily I can report to you Gina (my baby monster) and I have found a place we can come to get work done that I trust. A few places I've called or gone to have been not so nice. I have gotten charged a ridiculous amount for stupid things and yeah I may have broken out in tears after but hey it was a learning lesson..... ask how much before you drop your beloved bike off to get work done. Something you agreed upon at an earlier date may not be the same you will pay the day of service. This was definitely not the case here at Full Throttle Powersports! Mike sold me the brake pads and quoted me a price if I wanted them installed. I was looking at them like they were aliens....I guess people put them on themselves! Can you imagine me trying to fix brakes, yeah neither can I...maybe some day...... I've done crazier things. Luckily he had time the next day. I came to the shop around 10:30 and told him I wasn't in a rush to take his time so I went shopping and had a lovely lunch. Came back in time to bug poor Mike while he finished up the bike. I paid way less than what quite a few places quoted me and was on my merry way. Thank you Mike for putting up with me being so excited over finding a great deal on a dress. You have a new satisfied customer whether you like it or not. Thank you for being honest and quickly getting me back on the road!

Dropped the little Yamaha TTR 90 off with a messed up carburetor I tried to clean. Mike fixed it up real quick and had it back to riding in just a couple days. He also changed the fuel filter and adjusted the float for $185. They are open till 6 pm on week nights.

I have bought tires from this shop and had 2 sprockets changed. I have also gotten my Dirtbike rejetted and an oil change. The owner Mike has always been very helpful and takes the time to explain all the labor involved and the best parts to use. His prices are excellent. He does quality professional work. He also backs all his work up. I deffinetely recommend this shop to any and all riders. He worked on my dirt bike and sport bike. My sportbike was a Ducati. We all know what pain in the rears those can be. Mike handled it no problem. I really love the new sprocket on my Ducati Momster! It made it like a whole new motorcycle. So happy with all the work Mike does.

Well where do I start. This is an amazing shop. They take pride in their business and work. Customer service is phenomenal. Their prices are beyond fair. My brother's and I won't go anywhere else

One of the best decisions I made was taking my 1966 Mustang Coupe to Autoworks Restomod/Autoworks…read moreParts in Santee, CA. I've had my Mustang since 1997 so needless to say, I've been to a fair share of auto shops over the years. I was referred to Autoworks Restomod by another classic Mustang owner, and reached out to them through Instagram asking if they'd be able to help with the issues I was experiencing with my '66. My Mustang has quite a bit of aftermarket work done to it such as a 1989 5.0 EFI motor with an AOD transmission, power disc breaks, coil over suspension, custom wheels/axles, and a custom rear end, so it has been difficult to find a shop that could work on it. Even before ever stepping through the door, or meeting them in person, the level of service that I received from them was impressive. They were quick to respond, seemed genuinely engaged with my situation and the questions I was asking, and they were able to squeeze me into the shop despite the fact that they had a full garage of other classic Mustangs that they were working on. When I brought my '66 to Autoworks Restomod, it was barely drivable. I actually had to trailer it over to the shop because the rear ended had blown, and my car could barely drive above 30 miles per hour. From the start, the owner Matt, was personally involved with not only the initial meet and greet and diagnosing of the problem, but he actually was in contact with me throughout the entire time my mustang was in the shop. Thanks to Matt and his teams' thorough inspection and testing of my car, they were able to not only fix and replace the rear end, they also discovered a faulty break issue that could have been catastrophic if left unrepaired, and ended up troubleshooting and fixing an electrical/computer issue that I had been dealing with for over 10 years!! Words cannot express how happy I was the day Matt called me and told me that all of the issues that I brought the Mustang in for were fixed and it was ready to be picked up. I am so happy with not only the level of service I received but also for the quality of the work they did. All of the work was completed a few months back in 2021, and I have driven the car weekly and sometimes daily without any issues at all! This Mustang is my first car that I got when I was 16 years old, and I'm grateful to have it back on the road and running like it's brand new. Thank you so much Autoworks Team for all the work that you did!!!

I went so San Diego from Corona to check out some Tahoe's and Suburban's. I left a dealership about…read more16 miles from Sedano feeling defeated as that dealership did NOT want to work with me. This dealership was on my list to visit, but it wasn't for the Suburban I originally wanted. HOWEVER, when I arrived it was a pleasant change from the prior dealership. I spoke with John who was the internet consultant I had been working with. He handed me off to Joyce and I couldn't have been happier! She was so patient, understanding and just an all around nice lady who made my experience wonderful. I went in looking at the Tahoe Premier because that is what stood out. After seeing it, Joyce and her manager were able to knock off an additional $500 from the price along with increasing my used car amount from $6k to $6.5k after being told it was only worth about $5800. Although I had an offer from two other companies (One being CarMax) for around $8 - $8.6k, I took the offer as I didn't want to drive two cars home. Also, seeing as how the last dealership offered me only $2k for my 2015 Durango in good condition with 101k miles. After a while, I really wanted the Suburban so as they were crunching the numbers I found one on their lot that I really liked. It wasn't the Premier, but to me the only option that I NEEDED were the Captain's Chairs for the second row. This LT was black on black (which I LOVE), had the 22" black wheel package, comfort package and black lettering package and priced just a bit higher than the Tahoe. I took it for a test drive and fell in love. When I got back, I asked John for their best offer and they matched the $4k discount the Tahoe offered even though it was already discounted at $2800. Also, there were NO additional add ons which was much more attractive, so we shook hands and the deal was done. So much easier than the other dealership (side note, that dealership was so petty they were bad mouthing Sedano as I left. Very insecure on their part. No COURTESY at all). From start to finish, Sedano hands down helped me out and made sure all of my needs were met. They were all super friendly and continued to help me after I left their dealership. I was so excited about the Suburban that I purchased the extended warranty without doing my due diligence (I'm the type to do all my research prior to a big purchase). After thinking about it more and doing some research I decided to cancel knowing I would not receive the refund but rather it would be deducted from my principal. Shockingly, the finance department was able to remove that cost from my original deal and redo the deal. I was surprisingly shocked. Couldn't be more excited about my experience.

1 STAR -- I WOULD NOT TRUST SEDANO CHEVROLET WITH MY VEHICLE AGAIN…read more Our experience with Sedano Chevrolet in Poway was absolutely unacceptable. We brought our Chevy Bolt EUV to them after numerous warning lights appeared on the dashboard. We were told that rats had chewed the main wiring harness and that the harness needed to be replaced. Because they attributed the damage to rodents, the repair was not covered under our new-car warranty. We paid more than $1,000 for what we understood was the necessary repair. Months later, the SAME problem happened again. This time, we took the Bolt to Mission Bay Auto. We gave them the receipt from the previous repair and asked them to inspect the vehicle and compare what had actually been done with what we had been told. What they found was infuriating. According to Mission Bay Auto's inspection, the wiring harness had NOT been replaced. Instead, they found one butt connector and tape used on the wiring. Think about that. We were told the main wiring harness needed replacement. We paid more than $1,000. Months later, another shop inspected the supposed repair and told us the harness had not been replaced. For a Chevrolet dealership working on a relatively new vehicle--especially an EV where electrical systems are obviously critical--this is beyond disappointing. Had the problem not returned, we might never have discovered what was actually done. I strongly recommend that anyone considering having their vehicle repaired at Sedano Chevrolet get everything in writing, keep every receipt, ask specifically what parts are being replaced, request the old parts back when possible, and consider having expensive repairs independently inspected afterward. We trusted a Chevrolet dealership to properly diagnose our vehicle, clearly explain the repair, and perform the work we believed we were paying for. That trust is completely gone. ONE STAR. If Yelp allowed zero, that would better reflect our experience.
