The purpose of this review is to advise anyone that may need a photographer to take a second look. If he gets it done right the first time then great but anything after that is up in the air. He was hired to take photos of my vacation rental. Once we mentioned things that were wrong with the photos, such as a person being in the photos, rooms being different colors, one American flag looking like 4, misrepresentation of size and missing angles, he got immediately defensive and frankly uncooperative. I tried to be very analytical, constructive and pointed with the conversation along with my property managers but he was giving everyone a horrible attitude along no matter who talked to him. It's really disheartening as he tried to belittle myself and our team saying there's nothing wrong with the photos and he has "20 years of experience" when we were able to point out obvious details that an untrained eye on photography were able to see. I then tried to say I'll pay you for your time for driving and coming out but these photos are not acceptable after trying to discuss and frankly diffuse Chad after 30 minutes of conversation he BURSTED and said " don't use them". He personally then tried to insinuate I was just looking for a discount when frankly I have poured my heart, pocket and soul into my AirBnb and anyone could attest I pay everyone very well and more. He also said I'll come back out at a discount( with a bad attitude). If there was nothing wrong with the photos and it was just taste I may have agreed to this since the photos were OK but since we were able to point out things wrong A,B&C this is not something we were willing to do. Then it was just excuse after excuse no matter who spoke to him. I expect when we hire you for a job that job is done correctly and not in a frankly sloppy manner. Or even If it wasn't the best day or a bad day that you would have the decency to hear us out and cooperate on a solution. The manner in which he spoke to myself along with my team makes him worth not hiring alone because his mannerisms and unprofessionalism is " a shoot from the him" if something doesn't go right. He was rude m to multiple people on our team and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. I do think if he gets it right the first time then he's okay but if there's a hiccup it'll be a downward spiral from here. Just not worth the headache or uncertainty.
