The quality of the furniture at this showroom is outstanding. Initially, we ordered and returned a lower-end Natuzzi "Editions" couch (from a different store) that did not meet our expectations. However, with Victoria's expertise, we found the perfect couch. She is knowledgeable about the products, options, and availability. Victoria accommodated all our needs, sourced the couch, and ensured timely delivery for our party. The couch is amazing and has transformed our living room. I've had some nice couches.
