The piano was delivered on time, the movers were professional and very careful in handling the piano and setting it up. Shortly after that, Jon came to the house and gave the piano its (complementary) post-delivery tuning, which is routine. A small repair needed was taken care of by brother Michael Vincetore who came with his assistant and did the repair promptly. My questions were always answered, and all paperwork and documentation which I requested, was received without delay. I would do business with this family-owned business again. After doing some searching I came across a website called itsronzworld.com. They sell guitars and all sorts of musical instruments and paraphernalia. I found the perfect gift on their website an Aftershock mini guitar. So i proceeded to order two of them. I paid through PayPal and thankfully I did. I placed my order on August 21. I waited and waited for almost TWO WEEKS and no contact besides an email saying they received my order. I got tired of waiting and I contacted them and low and behold there was movement of my order. They gave me an piss poor excuse on why it took so long. After waiting a whole another week my order finally arrived. Upon opening my order there was only one Aftershock mini guitar. I contacted them promptly and proceeded to get ignored once again. I then processed to open up a PayPal dispute. Then just like magic they replied to my message after ignoring it. After trying to explain there was only one Aftershock mini guitar they gave me even more lies and excuses. I also received an email from them while my order was being shipped for a complimentary Sonic Temple Fest mini guitar. After showing them the email they sent showing it said a complimentary sonic fest mini guitar was being shipped to me. They ended up making up more excuses and lies for not sending it I finally had enough of their lying scamming ways. Please take my advice and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LYING SCAMMING SOULLESS SCUMBAGS!!!
