This is a wonderful, authentic, very calming yoga studio. The instructors I have tried so far have been fantastic. Location: Quite far from my house, it is tucked away into Historic Downtown Kissimmee. There are usually some parking spots right in front by the door - if not, there's a parking area across the street. Atmosphere: It is family owned and operated and it shows (in the best way). There are two studios for practicing yoga, usually it is in the back studio. There are cubbies for you to leave your shoes and belongings while you enjoy your class. Recently I was in Kissimmee for 9 days and was grateful to find New World Wellness. I attended three classes over the course of my vacation. Each class was well taught. The teachers were informative and adjusted the class to the different levels of the participants. The space is welcoming, clean, and overall just felt good. They also have all the yoga props needed - including mats and straps. I've taken many yoga classes, and these were right up there in the top of my experiences. I recently moved to the Kissimmee/St. Cloud area for work and I have been scrambling to find places to continue my regular yoga practice. I heard about New World from a coworker, and after a quick Google search decided to drop in for my first class. They were extremely welcoming and explained their services when I first signed in, but didn't single me out as a newbie during class (I hate that). I took Yin Yoga with Craig and it was absolutely amazing. The exact level of deep stretch and meditation I needed. The studio is clean and the gift shop had a lot of cool products for purchase. They offer a lot of discounts. As a full-time grad student these extra luxuries aren't always affordable, but with a student rate of $10 a class, how can I say no? While visiting my parents in Kissimmee I wanted to get some yoga practice in before I left. I was very pleased by New World Wellness. The atmosphere is calming and very full of zen,I felt relaxed once I walked in,the staff was very welcoming and even gave me a tour!The building is clean,well lit and I enjoyed the art on the walls. Amazing Yoga Studio! From the moment you walk in you feel at peace. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. They offer a variety of props, free of charge, to use during the class. The classes are about an hour, some an hour and a half. The instructors are so friendly and take their time to get to know their students prior to class. I am so happy I found this place! read more
