Competent therapists, friendly and helpful front desk staff, but I won't be returning. I've been here twice, and both times had weird interactions from two different therapists. One seemed annoyed that I didn't practice yoga because "yoga is life" according to him. The other therapist lectured me about my tight muscles in my back, but didn't make any suggestions on how to try to rectify the problem. I'm receptive to feedback, but not to being lectured or spoken down to by people who I'm paying for a service. read more

One of the best massages that I have ever had! The atmosphere was wonderful. I felt welcomed walking in with my two other friends. We filled out some paperwork, sipped on water and had complimentary mints, then were called back to our rooms. I can't remember the name of my masseuse but he was amazing and had been giving massages since 1997! We chatted a bit and he gave me a choice of various essentials oils. He really focused on the areas that I specified and catered to anything that I asked. Afterwards, they gave out water bottles and Epson salt. Definitely recommend, I'll probably be going back despite already having used my groupon and having to pay a little more. read more

I used a Groupon deal for my first massage here. Scheduling was quick, everything moved efficiently during check in. As I sat waiting for my appointment, everyone walking out looked like they were on cloud nine. TJ was my massage therapist and he did a terrific job - probably the best I've had, even compared to Massage Envy. The rooms are decorated beautifully, and the overall atmosphere is perfectly soothing. On checkout, I was given some epsom salts and water, with instructions to take a warm bath tonight and stay extra hydrated. I felt very taken care of here! p.s. as soon as I left, a severe thunderstorm started and I had to weave home through downed trees & without the benefit of traffic lights. Class act massages. This isn't your frufru spa type massage place. They do medical massage and relaxation massage and I came here to treat migraines after I was hospitalized for them. Not only does the massage help my migraines, today I received the most relaxing massage I have had in years. Brandi was able to thoroughly relax me and that is no easy feat with this banjo back of mine. Each room is theme decorated, yet not crowded or overdone. I had Allison as my therapist and she gives me the best massage I've ever had! I got Groupon deals and came here for relaxation massage. It was very easy to make an appointment over the phone. They have many available time and therapists to choose from. The massage itself was absolutely amazing. I felt refreshed and relaxed. After the massage they gave me bottle water, some epsom salt sample to try. They offer next two massages for $45, then the third for $50, and then back to $60 regular price. I can't give a review for the massage because my appointment was cancelled THREE times. I understand that people get sick and things happen but this is just poor customer service at this point. Not to mention, that I drove all the way out to the massage studio for my third appointment and was told that they thought they had my number wrong because they couldn't reach me. They have called me multiple times in the past to cancel my other apts so that was clearly not the case. I've worked multiple customer service jobs in the past and this is completely poor service. Bowers says they accept insurance but refuse to file the claims. I've asked them multiple times to rectify this issue, but the ONE person in the office who handles the insurance refuses to do so. She has VERY limited hours and doesn't return my calls, so it's nearly impossible to even discuss it. When I finally get her on the phone, she says she doesn't need to file the claim. I had to reimburse my HSA account because there were no corresponding claims to match with my charges. But why should Bowers care? They got their money. read more

I bought a groupon here about 2 months ago now, and they had a very full schedule so it took almost 3 weeks for me to get an appointment. I made two appointments at that time since my groupon was for 2 massages. The day before the first one, I got a call saying the therapist was sick and I needed to have my massage rescheduled, and they were so booked and my timing I couldn't get another one until after my second appointment which was over 3 weeks later. At 2:20 on the day my second scheduled massage was supposed to happen (at 5:30 - not the make up appointment) I got a call saying that the massage therapist was sick. To be fair when I bought the groupon I had read similar reviews like this and I thought that maybe the reviewer wasn't giving them a fair opportunity, but this happened to me for BOTH of my appointments 3 weeks apart. This is absolutely unacceptable and a terrible way to conduct business. I can't address any of the actual services because I never got any. read more

Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable of different massage techniques to help with my condition (went due to a referral from my OB for prenatal massage). I was seen by Rachel--she was super accommodating and did well to check on me as well as my comfort level during the session.
