The managers are also amazing, I believe her name is Lisette. Lisette knows how to run a show. She supports all the staff. She can look at them and tell if they need support. I've worked in customer service for Apple for 6 years and it's remarkable to see that level of service here. Shes kind, fast and a pro at printing. I came in with a huge order. I decided to just drive to the next nearest one which was this location - but the parking situation here is really difficult to navigate. It's situated on a street that's surrounded by a lot of one way streets - plus one side of the parking lot is totally blocked off, so that was unfortunate. Once I walked in I noticed the for returns was incredibly long - I guess everyone was here trying to do the same thing and make returns after the holidays. Eventually after 20 minutes or so of waiting a few more people jumped behind the return line to help out, and it moved a bit faster. Not sure I'd come back to this location again unless the Amazon returns kiosk breaks again over by me.

Most items appear to be separated bulk items sold by places like Costco or BJs or Sammy's Club. I have found half case, quarter case of items being sold. Plastic bottle of water from BJs is 10¢ each. The back section has furniture and old stuff. Some of the shelves are half empty. Many packaging is taped up because the package is damage and labeling are gone. Some items are the same price you can get at Target or Kmart or supermarket when on sale. Service and help is limited; language can be a challenge with the employees who not friendly. They have a parking lot but is disorganized so park at you own risk. Is this place worth it for the discount. Not ready.
