Dave was at the house ready to go even though it was raining. He was very thorough in his work and explanations of what he was doing and why. Reasonable rates, good service, and the fact that he was willing to install the floodlight on a ladder in the rain showed his dedication and wanting to make the customer happy. He didn't have to do that and could have re-scheduled, but he saved me time from changing my schedule to accommodate a new appointment. I am a stickler for good work and attention to detail. Took advantage of me when upgrading my service panel to 200A. Installed it sloppily and insulated his work with paper towels. Also cut the grounding rod by 3ft which is a code violation. When I sent him the picture he said "it's all I had in my truck, i had it in my notes to come back to your house and re-do the ground rod" but it's been 3 months and he never told me that was an issue. Also what licensed electrician is driving around with a 5ft ground rod, beats me. Sounds like an excuse. Also didn't replace the GFCI breakers in my panel, despite saying he would replace all the breakers. Probably wanted to save money instead of doing the right thing. Had to pay another electrician to fix all the mistakes.
