Unprofessional customer service. Never will I ever recommend or use this school again. $330 for 5…read morelessons, 5 hour class and road tests seemed like a great deal. I informed them that the person doing the 5 hour class was over an hour late and said they were unprofessional & Chris decided to be rude and sarcastic with me via text and then called to go off on me via phone. Also, they didn't allow us to schedule the times for our classes; they scheduled them for us and even changed the time at their convenience. Now, they are giving me issues rescheduling my road test saying I have to pay an additional $60, because I didn't have my learners permit for the 1st road test and missed it. The instructor Jose was cool and kind, but his constant criticism made my nerves really bad while driving. It wasn't a good learning/driving experience for me. I just want my 5 hour certificate and nothing else to do with them!
