And absolutely no toppings whatsoever.. the amount of pastrami in here only filled half the sub roll. This is an utter joke! I have to start out by saying this place is under new ownership and the new owner is doing an amazing job! Hopefully Yelp can help them get a new profile or void out the old reviews so these guys get the number of stars they truly deserve. They should also do some advertising to show they are under new ownership because I can tell you a lot of people avoid them because they don't know there was a change. I have ordered three times since I found out about the ownership change and have been fairly satisfied with each order. So the new and approved New York Pizza of West Bridgewater is outstanding! The subs are one size and HUGE! They are very generous on toppings! The bread is fresh has a nice crusty outside and a soft chewy inside, so good! I ordered a cheeseburger sub today and it was bland so I definitely recommend asking for seasoning. The greek salads hit the spot and the fresh in-house pita they make is amazing... order extra!! They have crispy battered fries and they put them in paper containers, not styrofoam, so they aren't soggy potatoes sticks when you get them home! I'm not big on salt but the fries could use some seasoning as they are plain. They have hand toss NY style pizza. The crust was cooked just right. We got a Buffalo Chicken pizza and it did not come with sauce so not sure how their sauce taste. They are generous with the toppings which makes the $17 12" pizza justifiable. They have unique pizza specials like a Mozzarella Stick pizza which is on our list to try next time! They turn around orders fairly quickly and haven't missed anything when delivering! Ordered pizza thru the Slice app, said 45 mins for delivery. After waiting 15 mins past the time promised, called and they said 5-7 mins would be here. We'll it was 20 mins and IT WAS COLD. Called to let them know about disappointment and they needed to send one that was edible, not cold. Kept saying they were busy, busy, busy so takes longer, then they hung up on me...DO NOT RECOMMEND, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

We have a number of pizza and sub shops in W Bridgewater. The best sub shop was actually a small corner market with a deli. The owner of that place no longer makes subs much to my disappointment. I have tried the place up by 24, the place near town hall, and the place under new management in the center. None can touch the quality and quantity in the subs you get at NY Pizza. I have never actually tried the pizza as i am a cape cod fan but you cant go wrong with the subs ! read more

i've ordered from here a few times as it's one of the only places that will deliver to my address in bridgewater. The pizza is always on the harder side, it's never good. I got a cheese pizza and their sauce doesn't taste good. I got chicken broccoli alfredo pizza and there's barely any alfredo on it, super dry. i've gotten pizza in the past and tried giving this place another whirl, got a philly pizza and it wasn't that good either. Got a stir fry wrap that was good, and their broccoli cheddar bites are good but they serve it with marinara to dip and places i've own those from would usually give sour cream (way better than the marinara). I honestly wouldn't waste your money on pizza here, the crust is like cardboard or it's just very stale like they pre make all their crust and let it sit out. if you're gonna eat here just stick to the subs and wraps and appetizers. read more

It's good, fair priced pizza. Called in an order during the covid-19, the lady on the phone was polite, friendly and accurate with my order. The restaurant was clean with all the tables and chairs put away. The pizza was fairly thin and crispy and the wings were cooked to perfection and the sauce was nice and spicy. I've had their pizza in the past; I liked it , the other person wasn't crazy about it. Tonight we got onion rings, one steak and cheese , and one steak and cheese with onion. Possibly the worst steak and cheese I've ever had. It was more salt and cheese with some steak thrown in. And on the one with onion - they put on raw onion. I've never seen that before on a steak and cheese. Who doesn't throw the onions on the grill? The onion rings were good, and the delivery was fast. That's why I gave two stars. If you're going to mess up an order (plain chicken tenders when described as being "flavored with sauce"), and the customer calls back about it, you should probably train your employees to not swear about the customer while they're on the phone and hearing every word. I've worked in customer service for many years, and I'm pretty sure if I ever did that, I would be fired. The manager did give us a $20 credit we most certainly won't be using, and said the proper item was on its way, and upon arrival the delivery driver apparently had lots to say as well. New York Pizza is pretty dope. Thin crust, some nice, fresh toppings, mozzarella cheese (not jack), and fantastic cheesecake! We've ordered delivery from them a few times, and we're not super close- almost five miles away. The first time we ordered, the driver had trouble finding us, but he was polite about it and called to figure it out. After he'd left, we realized they'd forgotten to include a slice of that bomb cheesecake in our order. My spouse called back, and they offered a refund... he explained that I was extremely pregnant, and without a hint of attitude, that driver came back out and dropped off the cheesecake!! The measure of good service isn't always clear with an entirely positive interaction- if everything goes well, it's easy to drop a pizza off, smile and collect a tip. By going the (literal) extra mile to make sure a pregnant lady got the cheesecake she was expecting, this driver showed he has great customer service instincts. They've since stopped delivering to us, understandable, considering the distance, and I've had the baby and basically stopped leaving my house, so it'll be awhile before we meet again, but they're on my short list for go-to spots in W. Bridgewater. If you are in their delivery radius, and you dislike that greasy South Shore pan pizza, stop reading this and start your order. Five stars for both the food, and the service! read more

I had almost given up on finding a really good (great) Italian pizza in this area. Any time the question comes up , people around here argue about who has the best barroom pizza. The answer is -I make better english muffin pizzas than any of the "barroom pizzas". NY Pizza is far and away the best Italian thin crust pizza within 30 miles, and there's not a close second. The delivery arrived hot , and was perfect even with special instructions added to the cooking. We are fussy about our pizza and have been disappointed too many times to mention after trying other places that have gotten rave reviews. These guys know pizza. i worked in NY for 2 years and this pizza can stand proud against most of them. I've been trying to find authentic Italian stye thin crust pizza in my area for a while now, and the search is over for me, and thank god they are only 10 mins away! Delicious thin crust, tasty sauce, cheese and countless toppings all cooked to perfection. Slices are huge, if you go in for lunch they have 2 slice and soda deals, its big enough for most, unless your starving! There are seats for about 30 folks if you want to stay there and eat in, the place was very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. I did see quite a few deliveries going out too. Besides pizza theres a full compliment of additions and alternates, too many to list, i'd recommend checking out their website but they include salads, calzones, hot and cold subs, pasta etc. I'm looking forward to trying more menu items! read more

We also ordered honey bbq chicken fingers. It was what seemed seemed to be frozen chicken fingers warmed up with a half a bottle of sauce dumped into the take out box. The last item was onion rings.
