Line waiting for my food 26 min after I was told it would be ready.
    Albert B.

Ordered takeout for my family & neighbors that were over. Ya know, decent pizza that we can get & eat rather QUICKLY (kids crying and all) since I was willing to drive and pick it ip. The online ordering platform is great as it tells you when the pizza will be ready -- technology, convenience and customer service -- what a great thing. But see technology requires proper input from humans who bare responsibility for how accurate it is. No such human works at A3. So arriving 10 minutes late I expected to be in and out. Unexpectedly, 15 to 20 people were in line and it was chaotic while people complained and some even left. My pizzas were finished 10 min ago, so I figured those folks were a bit dramatic and as soon as I could flag down staff they'd get my my order. 3 staff members later, 32 minutes later, I was handed my $55 order. Without an apology for lack of understanding customer service, operations, technology, social tact, massive wait, etc. Without communication to patrons and a disregard for them almost outright entirely, the line is draw. All restaraunt's plan for the busiest scenarios that have the least impact on their guests -- except A3 I guess. Now, my neighbors have had to leave and I've just lost 45 min (+30 for the drive) I'll never get back. And my neighbors aren't thrilled either. But as anyone would, I'll blame A3, and thus a ripple affect will occur. Customers are always first. Be open and transparent and at least pretend you care and have compassion.

Just picked up my pizza it was all different size slices and the toppings didn't match up to the slices as of from several different pizzas also super over done! It's usually very good but considering today wasn't even busy there's no excuses, the only redeeming factor was the ceaser crust dips. Super disappointing

Soggy Greasy Vodka Sauce Pizza.... With a surprise Spiciness to it

Got the vodka sauce pizza... it was extremely soggy and greasy. It was also spicy which I did not appreciate since the description for the pizza did not mention this. I could only eat 1 slice before I tapped out. Worst $20 I've spent in a while.

Zero Stars ! Cheese pizza, dry and burnt. Worst Greek salad ever, not anything more than a garden salad, Two salads and a pizza $ 50.00

We returned for pizza, and I tell you guvna, this pie is legit. Charred crispy with bitter, ashy bubbles that play off a slightly sweet sauce and uber savory toppings... can a licensed pizzaiolo tell me what style this would be? Don't lie, because I'll believe you and I'll seek it out until the end of time. Bacon gets added in torn, well-rendered rashers, pineapple (it's my wife's favorite - don't @ me) is lain upon cheese in full ring glory, and the fresh jalapeño brings a grassy heat, and I loved it. Paired perfect with the Cutwater canned paloma, all in an increasingly welcoming environment. I keep wanting to go back. Comfort food, done well, served by a dope staff. Fast becoming a favorite on the south shore.

Truly delicious pizza. Excellent crust, even better toppings. We ordered a Margherita and and Arrabiatta. Both excellent. Highly recommended. We order online painlessly. Highly recommended. Back again last night after a while and the Tommy Boy pizza was FANTASTIC! Thin, thin delectable crust..... so good that there was not a crumb left on our plates or the pizza pan. We ate every bit of the remaining crusts 5hey we so good. Started with their Caesar salad with their house made dressing was just the way Caesar dressing was intended to taste, with an undeniable flavor of the sea. We even tried the least expensive wine on their list, a $19 Chianti, and it was perfect with our meal. Our server told us A3 just added a new chef. He is magic. A3 is magic. So glad we have A3 so close to home. We no longer need to go into BOSTON for great pizza! A3 rocks!

Found out about this place from phantom gourmet. Worth the drive. The meatballs were my absolute favorite. Came out sizzling hot, perfect consistency with a beautiful dollop of ricotta. We got the Angry Pizza, pepperoni with hot honey. Garlic bread was beautiful, soft buttery and crisp at the same time. The chicken parm was a bit too well done for thin for us, but absolutely still delicious abs worth eating. We came out for the lasagna but unfortunately it was no longer on the menu. Super spacious, clean area and very friendly and helpful staff! We've already been back a 2nd time to enjoy our favorites! Best cannoli I've ever had!

I ordered a dinner size chicken Marcella, and my friend dinner size veal parmesan. When they came out, mine was a lunch favorite size which is half. Friend did receive the dinner size. I'm sort of glad. The homemade linguine. was excellent it had barely tablespoons of Marcella sauce with approximately five tiny mushrooms was mediocre. One piece of chicken that comes with LF was chewy on the edges. My friend tried a few bites of her Parmesan and was overcome by the amount of salt in it. She tried to eat it But couldn't. The waitress was kind enough to let her order something else. Which was baked fish to definitely avoid the amount of salt their food. All in all, it was a disappointing trip. We will not give it a second try. The only good thing was that they made a mistake in my order and gave me the lunch favorite size. Less to waste food by throwing away They did apologize to my friend and took her meal off the bill. Which is nice but did not make up for the digestive distress.

We started with a few appetizers (arancini and shrimp in a sauce, plus bread service). These were good, the shrimp was a clear hit with our table. A few cocktails were ordered that were strong (this was not a negative, just a precaution). The five of us each ordered a different entree and one thing was consistent with all of them: a heavy hand with salt. Portions were large and everyone went home with leftovers. However, most of these were discarded the next day since the extra salt was even more noticeable. Easy to get to, easy to get a table, good drinks and appetizers. Lots of seats at the bar (although it seemed some customers there were cold despite the double doors designed to keep the frigid winter air away). However, the entrees were such a disappointment that it's unlikely we will return anytime soon.

There's tons of parking, and the restaurant itself is right off of route 3/very easy to get to. We were seated in a booth, which was cozy, but the restaurant has a modern, clean vibe. Our server was lovely, came over right away with menus, and checked in regularly throughout the meal. We started with a baby arugula salad that we split, which was very generously portioned with parmesan, fresh lemon, and tuscan olive oil - while fairly simple, it was delicious and a great start to the meal. For dinner, my fiend ordered the linguine carbonara, which was very generously portioned, with bacon, a poached egg, cream, and peas. I ordered the prosciutto and mozzarella stuffed chicken, which was panko crusted. With a Dijon cream, served over a creamy risotto. It was absolutely delicious. It was so generously portioned, I had this for dinner, and two subsequent lunches (they pack up the leftovers really nicely for you). We will absolutely be back to explore more of the menu!

The list of mistakes could go on for many paragraphs, so I'll concentrate on the food. The wine list had a "Zinfandel Blend". I asked what was in the blend. According to our waiter, no one who worked there could answer this question. If you charge $70 for a bottle of wine, you could at least know something about it. I started with a Caesar Salad with "Served with our homemade Caesar dressing.". It must have been homemade because supermarket dressing is much better. The dressing was thin and tasteless. True Caesar dressing has anchovies. Many restaurants will add some anchovy paste instead of real anchovies to at least provide some anchovy flavor. This dressing had nothing. There was some small amount of cheese, but nowhere enough. If you are wanting anything more than some romaine lettuce with tasteless white dressing, avoid this menu item. I'll give it 2*s only because the romaine was fresh. When we noticed other tables with bread when we had none, we asked for some. After the waiter delivered bread to another table who arrived after us, we finally got ours. The bread was good. For my main coarse, I had the Bracioletina di Vitello. The consistency was good, but it had almost no taste. I give it 3*s. Three of us ordered the same veal dish. Two of us got potatoes with our dish, my wife did not. For desert, I had the Key Lime Pie. I have spent a great deal of time in the Florida Keys and I know what good Key Lime Pie tastes like. Again, good consistency, but almost no taste. There was so little lime flavor, you could hardly tell it was supposed to be a Key Lime Pie. I give it 2*s for not tasting bad. Even after we had finished our desert and were leaving the table, there were empty main course dishes in the table including a large bowl of mussel shells. The bill for four people (1 bottle of wine, 4 apps, 4 mains, 2 desserts) came to $292 before tax and tip. At half the price, I could have been more forgiving with my review. I will not go back.
