As soon as we walked in we felt very welcomed. They told her about all her options and even helped with informing her on what is usually more important to buy in her line of work. As she tried on some shirt they even hemmed the pants to the correct length right there. We panicked when they call the USPS to confirm the voucher but the supervisor was not in, we thought we were going to be asked to return another day but instead the owner said no problem I will just call him tomorrow. They were very helpful and didn't push anything on her that she did not need. I highly recommend them and will definitely return. PS love that they appreciate that mom and dad was with the customer. This place has the same people working for over 50 years the men working were efficient and knowledgeable about their merchandise and about a lot of aspects of the academy. As for the deals they offer the academy packages are a great bargain considering the prices you would be paying elsewhere. I went for my phase one package and they offer deals for the range and the graduation packages. I would suggest going to this place just because of the money you'll save. I chose UPS, assuming the higher cost meant faster or at least prioritized handling. It is now February 26, 2026, and the item still has not shipped. When I reached out to customer support, I received this response: "Unfortunately the UPS option is not a fast shipping option." That explanation is baffling. If UPS isn't faster, why is it presented as the premium-priced option? Charging more for a shipping method that doesn't actually expedite processing feels misleading at best. After looking into the company's reputation, I noticed their Trustpilot rating sits around 2.3 stars, with numerous reviews specifically mentioning slow shipping and poor communication. What's even more concerning is the pattern of nearly identical owner replies apologizing and promising to "improve processes," while the same issues continue months later. At some point, repeated apologies stop meaning anything. Paying extra for shipping, waiting a full week without dispatch, and receiving vague explanations is frustrating and disappointing. They had chef coats, nursing outfits and so much more it's really a good place to go. A bit pricey however it seems that they have many popular name brand items that are great. My friend and I went to this store specifically for boots for her bf and saw many options and a nice worker came over and helped us make the final decision. He was actually very kind and assisted us for a while and was patient and answered all of our questions. We sided with some Reebok light weight boots that we thought were reasonably cost effective and light weight yea I must emphasize on that since most of the boots are super heavy! We also purchased a lime green skully for the chilly days to come. Everything seemed to be well and we left the store happy about our purchase. Unfortunately when we got home and her bf was getting ready for work she noticed there was two completely different boots in the box. She went to return the boots the next day and the lady said "I was looking for that boot" lol made us laugh but also she said "this happens often" so I would say double check your items sizes before actually leaving to possibly avoid having to come back.
