They argue with patients instead of listen or inform, they throw blame instead of take responsibility, They took ALL meds away, AT ONCE, from a lack of listening to the actual real life situation at hand - like others have said in other reviews. Then they fully and openly blame the patient, and are so unprofessional they don't seem to grasp that patients struggle with things, you know, like EVERY OTHER DOCTOR seems takes into account. My case manager, therapist, and others are all on my side with this, they all saw what happened. I'm not just making shit up. Example: "Oh you have a hard time with taking medicine regularly? Oh great, here's on that WILL really mess you up bad you if you don't take it regularly. Feel better now? I could've given you a higher dose of what helps that you're already taking, but I just kinda don't care about what happens to you." I am a people pleaser, and fawning is my thing. If you think i'm wrong, and im not, i will walk away with my head down and not argue. I argued for the first time with a medical (lets call them "professional" with quotes because theyre not qualified to care for humans with hurt minds) in 30 years, and actually had to fight to get health care from them. I've been on a wait list to switch ASAP. This was full on miserable. Through, and through.

Would STRONGLY recommend not purchasing Groupon or Yelp deals until this vendor can catch up with what appears to be a severely overbooked operation. If they cannot maintain the absolute most basic scheduling services via phone, or text or web (all three are offered as scheduling options, none work properly) then it is in effect little better than a scam.
