During my visit, he expressed the opinion that security measures like strong passwords, two-factor authentication, email or SMS verification, and facial recognition aren't worthwhile because "hackers are going to hack you anyway." As someone who values protecting my personal information, I found that advice concerning. I believe encouraging customers to use strong security practices is important, especially when working on their computers and accounts. I even called back to ask if they could also put in a battery and he didn't sound annoyed by my extra questions! This is a family business, which I love. The shop is small but bright and clean and the wife serves as the receptionist. Their son, I believe has a drink fridge in the business which I think is adorable. Be sure to like them on Facebook and check-in to get your 10% discount. The price I was quoted over the phone was reflected on my receipt and that's always a breath of fresh air. The screen protector was $20 (yes, it's cheaper on Amazon) BUT you get a discount on future purchases. My only suggestion would be to inform customers about parts. As I stated, I requested a new battery-but I'm not tech savvy so I didn't know it wasn't being replaced with an Apple battery. My phone now says that my battery isn't supported and can't give analytics and I don't get low battery warnings anymore. That's definitely not a deal breaker, it would have just been nice to know. I would definitely come back but hopefully not anytime soon!

When I came back again, for a minor scratch that shouldn't of warranted a whole new screen or any screen repair at all. the original failed repair caused it to be worsen. cant do nothing . insisted the glitching was from that. they tried to blame me and demanded full price, even though the glitch was clearly caused by their initial repair. Poor customer service, no accountability, and I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.

Had Omega apply a rear window graphic on my wife's 2005 Outback June 25, 2014. After we had…read morediscussed how to position it, he said he would let me okay it before they applied it. That didn't happen... After 50 minutes or so I walked out front to make a call and within a few minutes he brought the car around front. Was I ever so disappointed... The $147 graphic ($98 for graphic plus $49 to laminate from Custom Vinyl Graphics) was lopsided and basically ruined. Where they allowed the graphic to touch the cars finish, it removed clear coat and paint. His answer was I can't be responsible for your old cars paint... Then made other negative remarks about the car not being new. This has ruined my wife's 23rd anniversary present and has her very upset. Their answer? Give him half off of the install... Will cost $200 (estimate from Kings) to have the paint fixed, $147 for a new graphic, not to mention the time it will take for all of this and loss of use of the car... No way to get it by our June 30th anniversary for sure. Contemplating small claims Court.
