Owner is nice, so was the crew. I have 3 rather big issues I'm not satisfied with. Husband and I have had to buy many bags of extra seed due to many bald spots in the yard. Owner said he would move a playhouse we got for free to our yard but never did this for us, not sure how we can get it over now. We also paid him an arm and a leg to do our yard including rock removal. I'm still handpicking rocks from our yard that should of definitely been skimmed out they're big enough to block grass growth. Owner said he was as going to give us a great deal and work with us if needed. Ryan charged us A LOT to do our yard. Many people have told us the price we paid was outrageous. I would not recommend his services after my experience. At almost $14,000 I expected better service, better communication, and a better outcome for my yard. I did not want to leave a negative review but contractors love to lie, and sweet talk their way into customers. I'm sick of it. We built a new home and the contractors we've dealt with after building were a lot worse to deal with than our building company Trinity Homes. A quote we got from a high end company was 10k for all the work ryan did. Unfortunately I can't undo my mistake but I can educate others. read more
