Driveway extension before concrete

Great experience from quote to completion. We were getting a lot of quotes but the professionalism from Silver's stood out. Told them what we wanted and got the quote back very quick. Signed shortly after and got on the list. We were notified the week before they were going to start the process. All of the utility work was done and they were able to get it all poured and completed in one day. Even had a storm blow in the day of but they raced it and cover everything covered before it let loose. Plastic stayed in place through heavy winds. Then the next day they cleaned everything up and it looks like no one was here. Grass looks great still. Super happy with the results and can't wait to enjoy our new expanded patio and driveway extension.

Very happy with our new patio from Silvers Concrete! They removed an aged existing deck and replaced with a much larger new concrete patio and walkway all in the same day. They were easy to communicate with along the way, and the quality of the work was excellent.

Firepit pad

Silver's crew did an excellent job on our firepit area. They were respectful of the property by protecting the ground and cleaning up afterwards. They even ask for clarification on how we wanted the brush finish to go. It looks a little bit like a helipad. . Very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.

Silvers Concrete and Paving completed my patio in June 2024, by December of 2024 it starting spalling. We have 31, 6x11 concrete squares for our patio (~2000 sq ft of patio). ONLY 8 squares have this issue, these 8 squares were also the first concrete truck load that was poured. We reached out to them and they came out in the spring of 2025 and placed concrete repair on some of the places you will see the mess it made in the pictures. We contacted that this did not fix the issue and was never contacted back. In early 2026 , the spalling had tripled in size and we reached back out. It look 4 months, and they came back and blamed us for the issue stating because we put down Safe Paw ice melt for our dogs (however the steps were not impacted at all becuase that was from a different truck load, it is only the 8 squares). The General Manager, Cameron, blamed us completely and wanted to not listen about how it was most likely their supplier. I had to initatie if they would do some compromise, and he stated he would come back with number that day or the latest the next day for at cost (meaning, I would need to pay more). That was over a week ago, and guess what, complete silence again. It is a shame that you spend over 30K dollars and they shove you off the second there is an issue. While I understand things happen that are beyond anyones control. Getting back to a customer should be a number 1 priority.

Update: I had a miscommunication issue between the salesperson, however the company is going to stand be hide the work for three years which I'm happy with. They corrected an issue with the sealer and made another trip out to resolve my concern with shifting from hot tub weight. Thank you. Old post: My biggest concern and frustration are when I spoke with the salesman, I said I wanted 4" reinforced concrete for my hot tub. On the day of installation, they never added reinforcement such as wire mesh, I wish I would caught that issue but I was working. I was on the phone with the project manager afterwards and he said that was a miscommunication between sales and me. He said sales was probably thinking fiber mesh and I'm thinking rebar/wire types. Fiber mesh does not increase tensile strength so as now I'm currently stuck with a product that is uncertain to work for what I need. I do agree this is a miscommunication however its 50/50 on both of us and I hope we can work something out. Currently I'm basically being told it is what it is and pay for something that might not support my hot tub. I had many emails back and forth with both project managers telling them about my hot tub. One would think they would have said something such as informing me or recommended this reinforcement and catching a miscommunication overlook. Overall, not happy, project managers should be more active and adding insight or calling me to go over things which never did until this mess started. I would assume this will be fixed because it's workmanship issue. They do a membrane sealer cure and not the traditional 28 dry cure seal. Right after the forms were pulled, they sprayed the sealer on the concrete and within five minutes it pours rain which caused an adhering issue. Currently patio is peeling all over. Thomas said he will have it resolved by stripping it all and reapplying. (This was resolved, and they used a better sealer brand) Hopefully we can all work something out and figure out a way to fix this or make it right. If you can put a warranty on what I will use it for I will be happy. I just do not want it to separate or shift underweight. I ask for 4" with reinforcement no need for a "hot tub slab" that can mean anything. Fiber is does not increase strength. I rather see a company work with me instead of putting the blame onto the customer and moving on. (Project manager drove out to check on the concrete and ensured everything was in good shape and said that it will hold my hot tub.)

They did a great job with our patio. This is all beyond our expectation. Thank you for making our backyard so beautiful.

We now have a permanent vacation spot. Thank you for building our perfect patio. It took me a lot of research to finally found the right company for our project.

Our primary plumber does not do this type of outdoor work with sewer plumbing, however, recommended we call Steve, immediately. We did this, and he showed up quickly. The next morning, the backhoe arrived, with two young gentlemen who did know exactly what they were doing. It was a major job, as the pipe was completely broken deeply under our deck, however, all is working well now, with no problems. They were very careful with our property, and even put the bird feeders back where they belonged upon completion! And, working with the Winter temps that were miserable, I was amazed they did what they did! If you have a horrible issue with a broken sewer pipe, do call Steve!!!

I made an appointment for a quote from Statement Excavating and Steve came out to the house promptly and explained exactly what needed to be done and how much it would be. The quoted price was surprisingly low. Much lower than other quotes I received. We made arrangements for the job to be completed and Steve arrived punctually, completed the job in a professional manner, and gave me clear expectations for the aftermath. I definitely feel as though the job has been completed to the utmost standards and that my issues have been solved. I could not recommend Steve Eubanks and Statement Excavating enough!
