This last time I broke 2 nails, 1 the day after and the second 3 days later. I am not hard on my nails at all, so I was over it by that point. The last set I had done were square shaped and not level at all. The majority of my nails had bubbles or bumps. The only pro was that the workers were very sweet and they provided a snack and water to my daughter.

They close at 5 PM, but I called ahead to see if I could squeeze in a pedicure at 4:30. They were super friendly and welcoming over the phone and in-person. They got me in without any issue, which I much appreciate. It means a lot. Sarah did a great job on my toes. She's also amazing with leg massages, which is my favorite part of getting a pedi. I didn't have Amy, but I watched her working on someone next to me and her attention to detail really stood out. I'd recommend either of them. One small note: I would've liked my toenails shaped a bit more square and straight, but I understand that can be tricky depending on the natural shape of your nails. Honestly, it seems almost impossible unless you're getting acrylics on your toes. I also noticed for the callus removal, they only used the callus sponge and not the scraper. I personally prefer both as the scraper gets most of the dead skin off (which is actually my second favorite part of a pedi!), and the sponge is great for smoothing out what the scraper missed. I would've really loved that extra step in the service. Overall though, still a great experience, and I'll definitely be back to try the jelly pedicure next time!

I went with my mom, she got a nail tech named Tommy, he did a fantastic job on her nails and he was really quick. I had a picture of what color I wanted and they helped me go through all the colors to pick the closest one. I really appreciated their help! Everyone was friendly and positive. They make you feel right at home. I wouldn't say this was the most relaxing or calming mani I've had- more like a in & out type of experience but I wouldn't say that took away from the experience. Just a warning if you are wanting to really be pampered- this may not be the place for you. My nails turned out great as well. My tech was really sweet and tentative. She really took her time with getting my nails done well and shaped like I wanted. It's aggravating when you try and talk to your nail tech about what you want and they don't give you the time of day to listen. She wasn't like that at all!
