What was delivered was dull and looked very cheap. I actually ended up apologizing to him for the arrangement because i was so embarrassed at what was sent .His staff also sent a flower arrangement from another flower shop and the comparison between this flower shop and the other one ( Newell as I found out later) was dramatic. Being a stat, I searched FB and nothing indicating open/closed status. I called and instead of a person or voicemail message about the stat etc, I had to speak with a dumb-computer. I asked it is Lyon's open on the stat and it dumbely replied, 'we are open Monday to blah blah blah from time to time'. No. I asked you are you open on this stat holiday. It says 'sometimes we do close on a holiday'. I said 'no', I asked you 'are you either open OR closed today on this stat holiday, and if you don't know say 'I'm not certain'. It responded with, "Lyon's is definately open today". I said "Okay but if i drive all the way there and it's not open, I'm going to leave a bad review". it said "I understand your concern about not wastig time, but it is open today...". Drive there, and totally closed. Thanks for wasting my time Lyon's. Cause you're too lazy to post on either the webpage, on FB, or leave a 1-off human voicepromt, or correct the 'LackOfIntelligence' (LOI) bot, I had once again, a wasted trip. I'm done with Lyon's, why do i even bother when ArtKnapp is like 75% better.

I don't believe this store should be selling Cuban Cigars. From the moment you walk in you can see that the stores focus is on everything but Cuban cigars. This assumption was validated when I found the cigars stored in the back of the store in humidors that are hidden and out of the way. Next, the humidity was all over the map, none of them accurately set. Once the humidor was opened, I got a chance to feel the cigars and look at them closely. The majority of the cigars where soft to the touch and many of the cigars were starting to peel apart and some had mold.
