What was delivered was dull and looked very cheap. I actually ended up apologizing to him for the arrangement because i was so embarrassed at what was sent .His staff also sent a flower arrangement from another flower shop and the comparison between this flower shop and the other one ( Newell as I found out later) was dramatic.
