Their product may be good, but don't bother asking them about any details; like "what are you calling a cord?" ( some people will sell you less than a cord, which by the way, is 4' x 4' x 8') or " what species of wood will I be getting?" (some people will sell you inferior species.) I asked these two questions and the respondent (via text) imediately got miffed and acted like they were far too busy to deal with any one who would dare to ask. They immediately cut off my order because I had the audacity. As I said, they may have a good product (or not), but they sure weren't interested in confirming that by answering the two simple questions. The person I was texting with was rude and dismissive. I stacked and measured it. I offered to pay for the extra wood, but the owner declined. Definitely a major improvement over my purchase the year before when I was shorted on my purchase and the seller never made good. I ordered two cords from him and he was able to fulfill the order within a week (mostly because of my schedule). I have a rather large three car garage and the stacked wood took up an entire side of my garage and then some. I ended up building a rack outside for the overflow. He also made sure that he brought enough pallets for me as I didn't have an existing wood pile or rack. I should have enough wood for the winter, if not, I'm definitely calling Bill again.
