We continue to accrue penalties and interest on a 2018 tax filing because of their complete failure to do their job properly. The IRS has clear proof that we, as the client, signed and submitted our taxes in February 2019--yet Carlos and his team did not bother filing them until June 2019. That delay is entirely on them, and we are the ones paying the price.
