They installed a brand new air conditioning system back in June and it has been leaking and…read moredripping water ever since and today they came out for the fifth attempt to repair it and 9 hours later the caulk is liquid as water and there is active water sitting on the system. When I reach out to their customer service, I was told me that despite the fact that they offer a one-year warranty to remove the system theywould send me a quote to remove the system. Each time they come out they find new issues with the previous repair job but ultimately blame it on the heat. Their poor system has caused water damage in my garage and in the vent nearest the handler and it's been ignored the last two attempts to repair the system. At this point I am not interested in a sixth time at my home. I will be in touch with them when I'm ready to have them remove the system so another company can install one. To add insult to injury, the last time they showed up they drove across my lawn leaving about a 10-ft rut in brand new sod and said nothing to me about it. The last photos are 24 hrs after their FIFTH time at my home. The silver tape is covered in condensation and there is active standing water on the horizontal portion of the handler stand, AGAIN. The caucus about 9 hours after installation and wet to the touch like pen Inc. that was the same issue with the mastic 3 in 4 days after it was installed and the owner blamed it on the brand of mastic they were using yet they came out with a second type of brand and 3 Days later it was also dripping.

No one ever mentioned that when we contracted to get new unit. The technician that came first was very nice, but he does not do install. The two men that came out were very nice, but one did not speak English. His son was courteous, and did his best, but father was the one who knows the details. They charged us to dispose of the old unit which should not happen! They get paid for those units to recycle and should NOT charge customers. Now today, in August, the unit is not working properly. I have been on hold OVER FORTY FIVE MINUTES and no one has come on the line to help us out. I guess 24/7 means you can call, but doesn't say you will get an answer! This is ridiculous! For all the money they charged us for the install and unit they should have much better customer service! Please consider anyone else but this company for your A/C UPDATE after I had Sea Coast Air come today. One of my problems is they put 8" duct on 10" Sleeve! Who does that except a crooked company! And I have asked for my extended service money refunded, since they finally called me after three days to include today of only a voice recording! UPDATE- they came to repair our new AC unit. The man was very nice, and determined that the installers had hooked up connection to wrong outlet in junction box! He said was good we didn't blow out AC unit! He fixed the problem and the flex pipe issue. The owner did call me back, to be sure we were good for now. He did get irritated that our name was not listed on St Lucie Co records- NOT my fault, and then hung up on me! If they GIVE you a five year service warranty they should do like our company does at our NC home- call every six months to come out and check as per warranty. Had they done that this problem would not have gotten so heated!

I told him just to do the dryer vent and he told me it would be $289 (to try to dissuade me.). I told him fine, do just the dryer vent. then he said he couldn't do it because in a condo there are too many vents on the roof.
