Let me start by clarifying that I'm very satisfied with King Dermatology. However, it is their…read moreassociation with Mohs surgeon Dr Keane that concerns me. In 2023 I was diagnosed with a skin cancer on my cheek. Since I was leaving CA for a few months, I asked that the information be sent to my dermatologist in AR. I asked Dr King for a referral to a Mohs surgeon. I was referred to Dr Keane, and he performed the surgery on my cheek. I was not happy with the results. A prominent scar and bulge was evident on my cheek. When I addressed the issue with Dr Keane, he insinuated that I was being vain. When I returned to CA, my Dermatologist took one look at my scar and asked if the surgeon offered scar revision surgery. I said I'd never heard of it. So, I called and asked about scar revision. I was told, "no." There is much more to this story---including me filing a complaint with the Arkansas State Medical Board. But bottom line, he would do nothing to resolve the mutilation he left me with. My derm. In CA has done 3 laser resurfacing procedures on my cheek, and it looks much better. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. He might do okay on other parts of the body, but he does not show the proper concern for aesthetics in facial surgery. I would not give this man 1 But, I would give King Dermatology 5 stars. Thus the score above.

It turned out to be melanoma! I had immediate surgery to remove it. I related this event to a friend who said the same thing happened to her. She pointed out a spot on her face that she was concerned about and was told it was nothing. She went to a different group, and it was basal cell carcinoma. I have never posted a bad review for a physician...but King Dermatology made mistakes that could have ended my life and caused a lot of damage to my friend's face if we had not gone for second opinions. Please be aware that this group is sloppy in their care. Do NOT trust them.

This review is NOT for Mountain Home ENT, but for Dr. Eric Rosenberger, who preformed my…read morerhino/septoplasty surgery in Austin, Texas in Sept. 2022. If could put 3.5 stars, I would. Dr. Rosenberger recently started at Mountain Home ENT, so I thought it'd be best to leave my review here since he is no longer in Texas. Surgery went very well! He answered all my questions, before and after surgery. He was very polite & professional. Very good bedside manner. My last follow up appointment was in January 2023, and at that time, my nose looked fine. Still slightly swollen but that was expected. Other than that, he said I was all good! I didn't need to come back for anymore follow ups! I can breathe!!! Even if my nose is stuffed up, I STILL get airflow!! He did an amazing job with fixing my turbinates & septum! Apparently, I was all jacked up inside my nose! haha! BEST decision to get that done. Come July 2023 I noticed a significant physical change & sent the doctor photos of the deformity. It did take a while for someone to get back to me, I had to email them a second time - then Rosenberger said all I needed was 1/3 syringe of filler to fix it up. Cost was reasonable but I couldn't make an appointment at the time for personal reasons. Well, no one told me Rosenberger was leaving Texas, so I wasn't rushed to make the appointment. It's September 2023 and he's gone. He is now here at Mountain Home. I was very disappointed, I wish I had just made the damn appointment right then and there because now I can't get it fixed by him. The replacement at his previous location in Austin told me should cannot do filler on my nose. She recommended another board certified plastic surgeon which will charge me $1,750 for filler, regardless of how much he uses!!! And filler doesn't even last that long!! I'd have to pay that every time?? I'm so upset right now... I'm not too happy with the rhinoplasty results of Dr. Rosenberger's surgery, and now he's too far to have it fixed by him at a MUCH LOWER rate! Don't get me wrong, I do NOT regret going to him to have my surgery! Sh*t just happens sometimes... As you can see in the images, how badly the indention looks on the left side of my nose. The right side is okay so far. The tip isn't what I wanted, it's still bulbous & still points downwards - however, he did lift it a bit from where it was before. I was really hoping it'd look more like the photoshopped photos, especially the profile but it's never guaranteed to look like the morphed photos the doctor shows you. Sorry this is so long, but I needed to share.

I am on Medicaid and cannot afford out of pocket "no show" fees but they made no exception for me. I said I needed to be seen urgently but that made no difference, they refused to treat me without paying the fee. I said I will be finding another provider who treats their patients more fairly. She said "okay that's fine". Sure it's fine for them, it's not about helping the individual it's about them not needing my business. Sad state of the medical industry for the most part. But this was bad and I know I can find better and so should you.

When searching for a surgeon I talked to a few in town, and I went with Dr Price because he seemed the most enthusiastic about the job! His excitement over me being the perfect patient and how good it was going to look made me feel comfortable that he truly wanted to show me just how great I'd look with his work. After loose skin from having three kids and struggles performing sit-ups I used a big portion of my military bonus money with a tax return to afford the surgery. I went through the healing process. I saw areas I was concerned over but I knew I needed to wait for the swelling to go down. When it went down those areas got worse. One, when drawing the incision lines on me I remember he wasn't being careful about placement. It was a quick line. He didn't really look at it to see of it was even... I mean, he didn't check at all. I trusted his process as a professional and didn't want my anxiety to lead me to worry, so I assumed I was overthinking and put my trust on him. The finished product, once I could see it in the mirror... especially after healing... it was so sloppy and jagged. One side goes up higher than the other making my love-handles look lop-sided. The incision was put above the pant-line. So there's no hiding the scars on my sides. And there was no transition from the front to the love handles... I wasn't even told any options for this. I always read there is a small amount of liposuction on your sides to help make everything look smooth... No. I have been dealing with my sides not matching my stomach and not fitting into clothes correctly for 10 years now. While stationed in California I was told by a friend that I needed to say something. I finally got the courage up to do just that. I reached out with my complaints. After some correspondence back and forth they agreed to fix the issue by preforming some lipo to smooth the transition from front to back. I scheduled the appointment and bought my plane ticket (non-refundable). Then maybe a week before going (I'm guessing... this was 8 years ago at this point) they contact me and say they know they offered to fix the issue, but they were now going to charge me $2000. I didn't have $2000. They then said they'd snip the scar ends to help a bit with the weird pinch they were making for free. Apparently the pinch is normal... which did bother me, but definitely wasn't my biggest issue... and it's customary for them to do that for free anyways. So, I was out a lot more money for a flight I didn't need. And they didn't so a thing to help rectify the situation after they agreed to. It was all an awful experience. Now, I have a friend who was sent to this same surgeon by her doctor to remove the breast tissue after some medical issues she was having. She had very large breasts. The kind that cut dents into the shoulder from wearing a bra. Her experience with Dr Price was worse than mine. Not only did he comment on her weight most times she see him, but the reconstruction job he did was horrendous. She had so much tissue to work with. Have you ever seen boobs synced together without a bra? Neither have I. Because boobs don't synch together naturally. And I don't mean they were close-set... they were literally synced together. Her breasts were also squared in shape after his work. He told her this was normal and snipped some skin off after some time of her healing to help the shape.... sorta like he did to my side scars. I would never recommend this surgeon to anyone. This is a choice that will highly effect your self esteem... either in a beautiful way, or in a way that's not so great. Plastic surgeons have such a big job. The body is their canvas. The result is their art. Go with someone who wants all their work to speak volumes of their passion.

After about 4 months my breast completely sagged and once again were falling into my armpits anytime I would lay down without a bra on . Obviously my pockets were never tightened during my procedure and after the swelling went down the after math was extremely disappointing. I went in to discuss a revision due to the issues and was hit with "that's just gravity it wouldn't matter how many surgeries you have or how big or small of an implant you get, they will always do that" and then was swept out the door. Obviously after spending $10k I was distraught. I have spoken to other plastic surgeons at this point who have confirmed that tightening the pockets would resolve the issue. I was extremely hopeful when choosing Dr Barns being that he was newer and younger thinking he would be up to date on the latest techniques however I definitely underestimated the lack of skill possibly ? The fact that a revision was completely shut down and excuse made that they could never be anything but saggy was disgusting. Now I am left with once again saggy boobs that fall into my armpits with SO MANY SCARS that I am more disgusted with them at this point then I was before the procedure. DO NOT GET A BREAST AUGMENTATION OR ESPECIALLY A LIFT DONE HERE!!!! Photo of before/6weeks/4months

He advised to call his office and get a price quote on 15 minutes of Lipo I did and it was going to be $900. Why was I not given that option during my financial consultation and why did he not assess that that is what would be needed to have a complete professional outcome. I feel like because the city is only 200,000 people the plastic surgeons you get here are not extremely experienced. This would've never happened with the last plastic surgeon I used.
