First off the massage chairs weren't working she tried to move me to another one not working I said I'll go to the other one that works then says they're new. My daughter was with me for pedi she kept tryna push gel on her she said no gel twice then I had to tell her regular she didn't like that said her shoes I said you have the flip flops right like she a minor ask the parent. She hurried to do my daughters nails too. At first the person I spoke to said they would not be able to get me in until the weekend, which was a few days away. I let her know that I had a Gift Certificate and all of a sudden they had no openings and I got the runaround and was told the manager would call me back to set up an appointment. I called two more times and no one ever called back. The certificate expired and I was never able to redeem my certificate. I do not know if the services are good or bad, but the customer service would be rated a -10 from me. I get my nails done about every two weeks - their loss. I have told everyone I know NOT to use their services.
