Very disappointed with the service, I drove 30 minutes for this. I had grown out my eyebrows for 3 years they were so full and pretty. I told Janet I just wanted a CLEAN UP that means the hairs around my eyebrows. Never once I asked for them to be thinner or a different shape. I want to share my horrific experience with KARLA. I went to get electrolysis since she's been recommending this service for a while, well I should have listened to my gut because she burned my face! When I tried to make a comment about the burning sensation happening ON MY FACE she was extremely rude about it! She had the audacity to tell me that it was NORMAL to feel my face burning off. When I let her know at the end of the service that it hurt way too much she treated me like I was stupid and told me it was normal!? 2 months later I have permanent scars on my face. I recently went to get waxed, she recommended waxing since electrolysis was out of the options and now I have a rash due to her waxing me!! I seen her double dipping and she was working with no mask or gloves There's a pandemic among us and she's not taking the necessary precautions to keep her clients safe! She doesn't listen to her clients, opinions or reasoning! Why is she allowed to continue working here with that attitude and inexperience? Does she have no supervision? This is ridiculous!! I've never been the type or person to write reviews but after what they did to my eyebrows, it's only appropriate for me to do so. First of all I seriously don't get what all the hype is about for this place. Very small & tends to get packed (again overhyped) . I was a first timer since my eyebrow lady at Bella Imagen Hair was out for vacation. I arrived as a walk in and was attended by the lady to the right side of the mirror, I've always had natural bushy big brows & i only like cleaning , therefore i let her know i only wanted threading. She went on to thread for like 2 minutes and then decided to start plucking and eventually PLUCKED literally HALF OF MY BROW OFF. Not to mention they use the same tweezers on every client. Never again will I come here. read more

They do good job and are inexpensive, but this store is not very sanitary at all. They use the same tweezers on everyone and rather than using disposable cloths for each client, they use towels. And they don't get a clean one each time. Yuck. read more

I was excited to come by because the lady that referred me had perfect eyebrows. So I went today and let me tell you, that's the last time I go there again. I wasted $11 dollars for NOTHING! Who charges $1 to use the debit machine? TF? Some Russian looking lady did mine and she did a BAD job. She didn't do what I asked and it didn't even look like she cleaned them up, they still looked grown out. I didn't even feel comfortable doing them, I should of left when my gut told me too. The place don't even have a sign outside, I circled around 3 times to try and find it. It looks hella GHETTO and messy inside. Never again will I go or refer anyone here!!!! Worst ever I went here for permanent makeup with a rude lady named Helen.I went to get my eyebrows Done i asked for a dark brown feAthered look . I wasent seen what i asked for so i let her know ahe said she was doing a perfect job and that as soon as the swelling went down n they healed they would look great well they healed n im stuck with solid black crooked eyebrows !!!! WHERE IN THE HECK DO I START! First off this place is very dirty and unorganized. When I first walked into this place no one asked me if I had an appointment or if I needed help nothing! They were very rude. The workers we're very unsanitary using the same wooden stick for everyone when waxing eyebrows. The nail lady thinned my nails out way too much BEFORE she even started my nails. The fake nails she applied did not even fit my real nail one was way too big and one was too small. On top of that she was going to cut my nails with rusty nail clippers! This place was very unprofessional they were asking customers to answer the phone store. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Please spend your money elsewhere. read more

I got permanent makeup done here years ago and She did a good job but when I went back six years later to get a touch up she messed up and made my brows look awful. She was talking with co-workers in another language and not paying attention to her work on my face ! One is much higher and thicker than the other she said wait till the swelling goes down and they will look sexy! I went back after two week to let her know and see if she could fix it because I still thought that she may be able to do good work but she made it look even worse ! I don't think her vision is adequate for doing permanent makeup. She has to use a magnifying glass to see her work. I really regret going to this place and do not recommend it at all. read more
