This company is incredibly professional and kind. I had a severe, painful, stressful, embarrassing breakout, and they squeezed me in the same day. The receptionist who answered the phone explained all of the services that could help my situation, went over each option available, and handled the booking quickly with such a kind and professional attitude. The location was easy to find, and the receptionist also gave me helpful tips on how to find their establishment, which made the whole process even easier. Kaylyn did my facial, and she was wonderful. She was very thorough, asked thoughtful questions to better understand my skin, and gave me great recommendations both during the facial and for preventing future breakouts. I literally talked her ear off, and she was so patient and easy to work with. She was also very clean, walked me through every step of the procedure, and was incredibly gentle during the extractions while clearing my pores. Leaving the salon, the inflammation from the breakout was gone, and it was no longer tight and painful. The next day, my skin had already healed dramatically. The product she recommended at the end of my facial has already worked wonders, and it's only been a week! With the quality of service they provide and the products they use, I felt the pricing was more than fair. From start to finish, this was a 5-star experience. I had booked an appointment for a facial after finding Newmark Beauty online (Chat GPT) and it boasted good reviews. However this was not the type of facial I've had in the past. Kaylyn was polite, but left both of the standing lamps on in her work area on, and the overhead lights on the entire time, and put no coverings on my eyes, so it was not relaxing at all (super bright!). She spent a fair amount of time talking about products, and did try to up-sell me near the end of the facial. She also spent a lot of time doing extractions, which is not the norm for me, especially as an older woman who no longer gets extractions during facials. Won't be back, which is a shame, is it's in a great location with ample parking, and a beautifully appointed office. read more

Robyn is an amazing artist with both brows and permanent eyeliner. Her aesthetic is perfect: the brows frame the eyes in a subtle and understated way-- not like those "crayon brows" you often see. Her eyeliner is so perfect your eyes look clearer but no one can guess you've had a procedure. You can even throw away mascara as well as eyeliner because your lashes look darker. There is a little pain associated with both procedures but Robyn guides you through it quickly. She's terrific!) read more

Beware of this terrible company! I trusted Newmark Beauty to give me the micro-bladed eyebrows that I wanted and I did not receive such results. It has been less than a year since I had the work done and my results are not as expected and I fully regret my decision in choosing the company to complete the work done for the money that I had paid. The results have lowered my self esteem and I am no longer confident with the results from the work completed. On 8/3/2024 I was displeased with the work as the microblading has faded so I left a one-star negative review on Google. I immediately received a phone call from the business asking me to remove the review and was offered an additional touch-up (third appointment) after my next touch-up (second appointment). I had a touch-up (second appointment) on 8/30/2024 and a final appointment on 10/9/2024. On 5/8/2025 I left another one-star negative review indicating my disappointment with the work and received no apology/feedback from the company. I am devastated and suffer from low self-esteem by the end results knowing the hefty price tag I paid. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get some assistance with a resolution and Newmark Beauty is refusing to assist.
