From Dominique's warmth when you walk in at the front desk, Nick's utmost professionalism, expertise, and jovial personality, to Kevin and Ken's detailed attention to everyone's care - I look forward to coming to PT! The facility is bright, open, and clean. There are about 3 rooms in addition to a setup of tables out in the open space. A bright green turf section houses the training equipment and is a great focal point when you walk in. I really enjoy the text reminders on appointment days with the phone number to call if anything changes. With my busy schedule, it's really convenient to get the reminder and take quick action if I need to reschedule. It truly is a place of healing and I feel like they've built a personalized plan which has already helped me get back on track while providing me with skills to maintain the progress on days I don't come in (stretches, exercises). My treatment has included a range of stretching, strength building - and even testing out dry needling for the first time! BEYOND grateful for this team and their expertise!

The seemingly underlying goal of this company is to get patients to keep coming and fill the appt book. For me, they were light on dealing the root cause and just kept me you doing their exercises. This was never going to eliminate my problem. So I found a medical massage company in the same complex and in 3 sessions my problem was remarkably better. (They said that they get people from PT all the time). If PT works for you keep doing it. But if it's like filling a swimming pool one drop at a time, look elsewhere. This PT facility is run by mostly very young, new therapists. They execute well, but experienced medical oversight is lacking. The paperwork is typical of a big outfit like HSS - took over 30 minutes of my time to answer their overly complex medical assessment. Then when I saw the therapist, he hadn't even looked at it, based on the questions he asked me. Totally disrespectful of patients' time. I hate it when companies abuse you for their own benefit and care more about their needs and time than yours. And we are the customer! They aggressively try to book appts before you walk out the door. I have been to better PT operations.

He was brought there on a stretcher, but after two weeks of physical therapy, he was up and running again (ok, maybe not running, but he was walking again). I was impressed with the progress the staff made with my father's rehabilitation. My interactions with the staff were positive and informative. My father actually enjoyed his stay here and liked the staff. Overall, it was a positive experience.

When I arrived to do so at the appointment time the therapist suddenly had a family emergency and they canceled it. They also sent paperwork to his insurance saying he wasn't participating. They stole items out of his room and left him there for hours without checking on him. When he was sent to Griffin Hospital he was dehydrated and everything was shutting down and I lost my Dad 3/29/24. I've been getting a bill ever since he passed away for resident amount and he wasn't one. If I had to do all over again I would of never sent him there.

Rehabilitation This…read morefacility should be shut down! My sister was there for 2 days for hip surgery rehabilitation. The nurses are crude and unsympathetic to say the least. My sister laid in her feces for EIGHT hours, she then began violently throwing up while stuck on her back and still no one came. She had to call her son at 11:00 pm. She was immediately transferred to Yale hospital. Yale had to clean her up from the feces and vomit. I could cry just picturing her. She could have died on her own vomit. Yale then drained 6 gallons of liquid from her stomach. I will be doing all I can to get this place shut down. The nursing care is non existent. Don't send anyone there and expect help, as I have seen from your numerous negative reviews.
