She helped me a lot when I had a cataract. However I can NOT stand for the staff ruidness any longer. The schedules are not flexible. the dr is only in so many days a week too..So Ive moved my business elsewhere..Staff is supposed to be friendly AND helpful! We are the customers ya know???

We stopped by Poulin Lumber, as it was close and that there was not a Lowes, or Home Depot within about 50 miles. Poulin Lumber is a small lumber yard and hardware store that sells Ace products. On Memorial Day Weekend, they had a tent sale which had some nice clearance items out under a tent. Fun to browse. Inside must have been 85 degrees and packed with people busy getting stuff for their Memorial Day Weekend projects. My deal with place is that the prices are quite high compared to what I am used to. Example: Pool Noodle: $4.25. I can get these at Wal-Mart or Xmas Tree shop for a buck. My hose was almost $25 for only 20 feet! Good things my purchases were limited. Service was friendly and helpful. I would return again if in a bind.

I trusted this business with preserving one of the most sentimental parts of my wedding day, my…read morewedding bouquet, and the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process after she received my money. After paying in full ($610 total including shipping), I repeatedly had to follow up for updates because weeks would go by without hearing anything. I was told multiple times that a mock-up or shipment would happen "next week," only for more delays and excuses to follow. At one point I had to send multiple emails and even Instagram DMs just to get a response. The timeline became completely unreasonable. I approved the mock-up on April 17 and was told it would ship the following week once the glue cured. Then another delay. Then another. By May 4, I was again told they were "still waiting for glue to cure." By May 15, after expressing frustration yet again, I was finally told it would ship on Monday. This entire process was exhausting and stressful for something that was supposed to preserve such a meaningful memory. Meanwhile... my wedding was October 25th, 2025 and I sent them not even a week after the wedding. The final product itself is pretty, but no preserved bouquet is worth the stress, lack of communication, and overall experience I had dealing with this company. I would not recommend them to brides looking for a reliable preservation service for such important memories.
