I should have read google reviews before trusting them with my order. I communicated several times over the phone, and by email that I needed my project printed and shipped by a certain date. They said no problem, have it in by Monday, we'll get you the proof to get approved, and it'll be printed and shipped within 5 business days. I emailed today only to discover that they haven't even started the process, and the owner got defensive and shed all responsibility and offered me to pay a $450 print fee to have it fast tracked. This hurt my project - I'm under a very tight deadline. Very disappointed with Newprint. read more

I wanted business cards in the last few hours of the provincial election, and no other print shop could do it on such short notice, but Newprint could. I was at a print shop downtown and they made me 300 flyers, but they couldn't do business cards so quickly. So I Ubered over to Newprint from downtown and picked up my 1000 cards. The WORST printing experience to date. Only received 1/2 our order, order was received nearly 2 months late, and received some of the rudest customer service. They tried to make things right by offering a marginal discount. Still waiting on 50% of our inventory with nobody on their end taking ownership or making things right. Will be taking business elsewhere moving forward. Approach Newprint with caution for your printing needs. read more
