I've had the misfortune of struggling through two torturous transactions with Riverway. Both closed way past the contract date, in large part due to lack of communication from title. They make it pretty clear that they do not value their customers, alternating between an attitude of complete disinterest or annoyance when either the seller's or buyer's agents or even the lenders call with questions (questions such as: did you receive the contract? Earnest money? Survey? Are we on track to close?) With so many good title companies out there, it's amazing that Riverway stays in business. When choosing a title company, RUN from this one.

I said I would rather not move out of the community here but would like to try to stay here... Ling story short he says other space not good for timeline, then helps neighboring doctor who I got them connected, into the spot I wanted right from under me feet... very unethical and out for how he can get most money out of the deal.... look elsewhere for broker....

The landlord/Landlady are extremely generous, understanding and on top of any issues that crop up. I prefer older buildings as the ceilings are higher and I don't like the feeling of being warehoused in large apartment complexes. The size of 4001 Garrow Street is wonderful. People got to know each other. Everyone loved my service dog. There are always issues, plumbing, electrical whatever with older buildings and Pegasus property has been extra quick with fixing all problems. They replaced ALL THE PLUMPING at a huge cost to themselves and the rent didn't go up. That's Amazing. When CoVid hit, the management cut the rent in half for a month and asked everyone to donate what they could to help the others in the buildings. Just WoW. No one got evicted- ever. At winter holidays they drop a goody bag of treats at each door. Not a small one mind you- grocery bag size. We have a group chat to let everyone know if workers will be on site and communication is amazing. If you need anything, management is fast to respond. I never had to wait. Security is an issue for me as it is with most people. The keypad at all entrances and my door gives me peace of mind. There is now an area to drop packages so mail and deliveries are safe. No porch pirates! Parking is easy and everyone is respectful of favorite spots. Designated spots aren't necessary. AND NO FLOODING- ever. That's something for Houston. No loss of electricity during storms either. My daughters live in a huge fancy apartment complex and they were jealous of my situation. Their security doors never worked- they lived in constant fear of strangers knocking on their door. The fire alarms went off without warning in the middle of the night. Even though their building was steel and concrete construction the noisy neighbors above and next door were obnoxiously loud. Julia, the property manager, is kind, easy to contact, and on top of everything that happens at all the properties- repairs are always taken seriously and conducted in a timely manner. During the COVID-19 shutdown, I briefly lost my job and they were very kind and understanding, reducing rent for everyone in the building and eliminating late fees. This apartment is a great value for the location, secure, charming, and clean. Would highly recommend it!
