The clip on the connect clip broke that allows the hearing aids to be bluetoothed to his phone and television This item details for $200.00 we were told we had to bring it in and let it be sent back for repairs that would take 5-7 business days. I asked if they could just replace it and send ours back in return They finally agreed to give us a loaner. When they received a new connect clip they called me and insisted I come in ASAP to return the loaner He was sent a new connect clip and the loaner was a new connect clip but they made me exchange it. In doing so I had to make extra trips plus had pair it again to his phone and television. I would think after spending $5000 a $200.00 item shouldn't be such a hassle . I asked to speak to the owner and they told me he was in Switzerland. They then had me talk to a territory manager and she told me I was given above and beyond wonderful customer service
