They do a good job, even though I didn't fix my eternal throat problems, they were very nice about the consultation and I wasn't charged because I didn't really have anything done. As for the hospital itself? I don't like hospitals put in some regards this one is okay. It has a nice sitting in a safe place next to not just one, but also an extra major highway. On the other hand it can be annoying to walk in here because it's so hot outside, and if you're not feeling well you might just pass out trying to make it to the door. Once you're inside of course, the wait time is long and service is brisk, and there's a lot of people here who aren't very friendly, and some of the other problematic reviews are problems that I've noticed too.

My nail breaks and looks horrible because of her. Killing the nail bed is for more chronic cases but this was my first and obviously last ingrown toe nail. Not only did she mess my big toe nails up but she decided to butt into my relationship with a sibling causing more issues. Stay away from Dr. Vaishnavi Reddy, she is unprofessional and takes the easy way out for her own selfish reasons and not putting patients needs first.

He is not only a Doctor but makes you feel like a friend. He has been with me and my husband through a lot and I highly recommend him!! His MA Athena is super nice and its always like talking to an old friend!! Miss his old front desk staff. I have always enjoyed seeing my daughters plant in their office. I cant say enough!! At time of her post partum hemorrhage, she was misdiagnosed by Dr Heaps and the ER staff almost sent her home. After her stay at the ICU, Dr Heaps failed to consider ANY follow up scan, which we learned later on could have had dramatic consequences, had her artery been improperly sealed and ruptured again. Dr Heaps is a fun guy to hang out with over a beer. Not OBGYN material though

Located in Sugar Land close to Richmond and a reputable company, one of hundreds of medical offices and clinics located on this campus.
