My elderly aunt needed new hearing aids a few months ago, hers were falling apart and she was having issues hearing with them and the ones she had were almost 10 years old, so I did my research and called around to compare prices and options. Underwood answered all of my questions on the phone about their products, they would let her try them on which a lot of places made you buy them before, and they had a money back guaranteed that she would like them, I believe of 2 months. This place was also recommended by 2 other family friends. We went in the doctor did all the normal hearing test that she's done before, and showed her the options. She picked out a pair that works with her iPhone. Instantly she could hear a lot with them. She says they are comfortable and can hear great with them. I had to teach her how to use the iPhone controls, but they are not hard to use at all Compared to some I researched. These have volume control, Bluetooth for talking on the phone or watching videos ( she likes to joke with the kids that her ear pods cost way more than theirs) you can also use your phone as a microphone to pick up people further away. It also has saved features so you can adjust and save different settings for tv, in a car, restaurants, or whatever you need. We went back a week later (at the doctors request) to have them checked at no charge. We just went back agin after 6 months to have them calibrated. The 2 girls and at the front desk remembered my name even though I'm not the patient and the doctor remembered her name and did a great job answering all of her questions. She's very happy with her choice to buy hearing aids from them.

She asks a ton of questions not only to address your health concern, but also to get to know you as a person. It is uncommon to find a doctor with such a relaxed and warm bedside manner. She is an absolute diamond of a doctor. The office is clean and modern. There is plenty of parking all around the building. It is located right off 518 and is easy to locate. The staff is friendly and receptive. There is usually very little wait time. The office uses the MyChart ap to help you stay in contact with your doctor. Dr. G and her staff usually respond the same day or the very next day. You really get the feeling that she cares. She never makes you feel like you have a dumb question. She does not have the doctor complex that you usually see form other doctors. She is not only the nicest doctor I know, she is one of the nicest people I have been fortunate enough to meet. Dr. G spends so much time one on one in the room with you that there is absolutely no feeling of being rushed whatsoever.
