Obviously, he is a busy doctor (and I would never expect him to remember me, my personal situation, etc after not seeing him for 3 years), but he must have reviewed my file before entering the exam room. He walked in recapping my visit from 3 years ago. I had forgotten much of what was discussed the previous visit, so it was helpful for me to hear it again. I was visibly nervous. I knew my sinuses were going to be examined since I had been battling a terrible infection for over a month. I was not looking forward to those orifices being poked due to sensitivity. Dr. M was very gentle and explained everything in good detail. I had a nose scope done during my visit. The procedure does not hurt, it is just weird having something go up your nose. I was anxious and hesitant. Dr. M stopped several times to let me take a breath and get comfortable again. That was so helpful. I feel like he really cares about his patients. To be fair, I am a nervous Nelly. The anticipation of the exam is always worse than the actual exam. However, I appreciate Dr. M not getting impatient with me. That would have only made it worse. For me, trust is earned through patience shown and delicately handling my situation. I am going back for a sinus x-ray today. They do them in house which is nice because the location of his office is very convenient. They have a great parking garage too. Had he not been so patient and made me feel so comfortable, I would not have gone back. Thank you for being so ginger with me, Dr. M. You are the best!

I went into Dr…read moreMcCutcheon's office with the concern that I may need to have my tonsils removed due to getting strep multiple times every year. He swabbed me for mono and they insisted that the deductible would be $800 to send it to the lab....that my insurance covers 100% of. I refused to have the swab sent into the labs and one of the staff members had an attitude with me because it was almost like I "wasted" their time. On top of that, a camera was used on my nose and I was charged an additional $200 without being notified of the extra cost which they filed as a surgery under my insurance. Dr McCutcheon only speaks in medical terms that only another doctor would understand and anytime you ask what is going on, I felt like I was being treated like a kid. After years of pain and strep, I still have no answers. I DO NOT recommend this doctor unless you have no problem spilling out what could have been an extra $1000 dollars on top of my co-pay. Totally feel ripped off.

She exudes compassionate concern in her bedside manner. Dr. Ani is patient, thorough, and considers all the information provided to her alongside current research and best practices. Over the past couple of months, I've had several appointments and have needed to reach out to the office for various reasons. Scheduling is quick -- appointments are set within weeks, not months. When I call, I reach a live person after just one automated prompt. If the office needs to return my call, the response comes within hours, not days. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly medical documentation was completed. I can honestly say I did not expect to need this level of medical support when I first sought out a primary care physician, but Macie Medical Group has more than risen to the occasion. They have exceeded every expectation.

She appeared to be in a bad mood with both patients and her staff, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been even more frustrating. I have been in significant pain for about a week and have repeatedly called the office asking for my medication and help with my situation. Despite explaining that I am in pain, I have not received the support or timely response I expected. As a patient, I believe you deserve a doctor who listens, communicates, and genuinely cares about your well-being--not someone who makes you feel like your concerns are unimportant. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor. Please consider looking for a provider who is more responsive, compassionate, and patient-focused.

They take patient's appointments every 10 minutes and they are always loaded and behind schedule. It takes at least 45 minutes to see your doctor for your appointments because of delay. Doctor will not pay you $60 for being late. They should only take 1 patient per hour per doctor. Doctor ordered MRI for my knee I took the MRI. For the next follow up appointment, he was not aware of MRI and I had to ask him to review my MRI twice. He walked out the room to review MRI and came back in 30 minutes and says it's not too bad.

My mother in law went from always sick to hardly, my headaches and cholesterol obsolete, and the men/boys actually enjoy their visits as they are spoken to woth engagement and not generic. Saturday the nerve block was leaking so we went to the ER to have it checked. They called Dr. Ali and was told to remove it. That was it - remove the pain management that was in place for 4 to 6 days and not replacement with other pain management. He had been given prescritions for Tramadol and Oxycodene and told to take those. Naturally he was in a lot of pain and was unable to do exercises, walk - all the things he was instructed to do. Monday about 8 am I called and sent a My Chart message to Dr. Ali asking if he could get home PT until he was able to walk or what could be done to help him. He was scheduled to start PT on Monday, but he could not put any weight on his leg, couldn't walk and definitely couldn't get in and out of a vehicle to go to PT. At about 4:45 pm I called Dr. Ali's office again since we hadn't gotten a response. Was told that they take 48 hrs. to respond. Are you kidding me? You have a patient post surgery in severe pain and you'll get back to us in 48 hrs? Ridiculous. When Dr. Ali told the ER Dept. to remove the nerve block after just over 24 hours he should have given my husband some alternative pain management. The nurse should have questioned that they were removing it and not given an alternative. There's an epidemic in this country of drug addiction and the doctors are creating the problem by prescribing narcotics as the only pain management. The lack of concern by surgeons and hospitals is frightening. The medical field is not what it use to be.

Karim and Brittney have been so good to my daughter. They encourage her and help her manage her chronic pain. My daughter was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and it was a very scary and uncertain time for both of us. Karim and Brittney have been a source of strength and calm in a very uncertain time for my daughter. I will always be thankful for the care and compassion they continually show for my daughter.
