I will say the office, itself, in terms of their processes/organization is lacking. They are nice there, but I do typically have to bug them to get test results or answers to messages. But that's all worth having such a great neurologist.

Filled it out, ins info, medication list, etc. Was unable to submit. Was told I would have to come in and do it. At which point, in the phone call I made to them, I was told that the office would be closed on the date that my appt was scheduled. So, I now have no appt. They offered me another appt a month out and it won't work w my schedule. My level of confidence with this place is very low.

She takes her time to explain everything in detail. Her bed side manners are the best I've ever seen by a doctor. Her staff is also extremely courteous. I waited less than 5 minutes in the lobby before they put me in a room. It's been so long since I've been at a doctors office that's promptly with your scheduled appointment time.
