By 7 AM (for a 6:30 AM pickup), no one had arrived, and I called the main number, with no answer. I left a message, with my phone number, asking about the driver, but had no response. I ended up driving myself to the airport. Surprisingly, I never received a phone call over the subsequent days to follow-up on the missed booking. If you want to take a chance with this service, be sure to call for making/confirming your booking - do NOT trust the on-line booking form. The actual drivers may be good (I never met one), but the customer service is absent.

We had 2 people, 2 small roll-aboards (22" carry-on-sized cases) to be checked, a briefcase, and two small carry-on bags that would fit under the airline seat. Our telephone contact tried to insist that we needed an SUV rather than a sedan and asked me to take a photo of the luggage to prove we could fit in the sedan. I did but he still didn't believe it would all fit in the sedan's trunk (I told him it all fit in my Corolla's trunk) and warned me that they wouldn't allow any bags in laps or on seats. Eventually, because we'd already ok'd the sedan and credit-card charge for it, we did get the sedan. Plenty of room for the luggage in the trunk, no problem. ' 2. A small issue, but for the price, it might have been nice for the drivers to help 2 elderly get their luggage from/to the front steps of the house (if not the door in Covid times). The day of the pick up, he showed up anyway. My employer got in the car thinking it was the reputable company I hired, not Trusted Ride. When the ride was over he asked my boss for payment. My employer was confused as he thought the trip was prepaid. My employer called to let me know what was going on. I spoke with Joseph and told him that I did not hire him, the ride should have never happened and that any instructions would be considered cancelled since nothing was completed. This suburban station on Boston's Green Line is on the "D" Branch. Surface level, but the station does have decent cover from the elements. There are audible and visual announcements of the next train in both directions. There is a portable boarding lift for people who need assistance getting onto the higher platform trolley cars. As well, the station features a small building with a few kiosks for purchasing your Charlie Ticket or adding value to your Charlie Card. If you are boarding the train here, you will need to do so at the door closest to the train driver so that you can provide payment. Disembarking will require pressing the "stop request" button but it's a popular station so it likely will stop anyway. Woodland Station is between Riverside (outbound, the terminus for the D branch) and Waban (inbound). This is definitely a nice station and I am a fan.
