Around Thanksgiving last year, we were in a major bind; an online printer couldn't open our files, & we suddenly needed 2,500 prints ASAP. Demetrius, the manager at the time, stepped up & handled everything. Despite the tight deadline, he & his team were able to push the entire job out within 24 hours. His only compromise was to offer the same product again at a 25% discount. Greg is only interested in turning a profit, not delivering quality products and building business relationships in the community. Sadly this was a costly mistake, but one I will never make again, and hope I can help other from making with this review.
