Or just a couple miles from the pike. Limited parking at the entrance for handicap and some charging spots. Usually those are taken so you have to go to the lower parking spot and walk up a ton of stairs. There's also the option to valet which is $12 or only $4 if you have a handicap placard. To get to the lab/imaging location, when entering turn right after the check-in station, then go straight to the end of the hall and then left. You'll see a wooden desk on your right to check in. There's a small waiting room there, but also a larger room across the hall. They're not a lot of phlebotomy stalls, but they move pretty quickly. Staff are friendly and efficient. This is a good option for getting labs vs driving into Boston.

Primary Care Docs.... God bless'em! Such a thankless job, so hard to do it well!…read more These guys do. I've been going since high school (that'd be around 10 years now, holy crap!). It started out as a small office with 3 providers, and has grown into a large practice with 3 office locations, 9 docs, 2 PAs. Some of the older docs, like Dr. Legare, no longer accept new patients. But all of them have top CV's, and are absolutely excellent. They practice correctly (that's important to me), are very approachable as physicians, take meticulous care to get your results back to you - with a personal note of reassurance always. If you happen to have a health issue, efforts are always made to provide care as fast as possible: I had initial appointment, ultrasound, surgical consultation and follow up appointment all in one week. Because of their association with NW Hospital, you have access to top services right away. My only problem with them is, now that they're this giant practice, it's become very hard to get an appointment on short notice, whereas before I used basically be able to call the same day. On the other hand, if you tell the receptionist to have the doctor call you, they alwasy do, and they can squeeze you in if you really need. If you live in the Newton/Wellesley/Needham/Weston area, I recommend them. Oh - for those of us with concerns re: healthcare system, I have NEVER been erroneously charged for anything :)

Then he tells me I'm rude and goes to tell his manager. Before he does that, I tell him he doesn't have to be concerned because I'm leaving. I don't think he was listening because when he was talking to the manager, IN THE HALLWAY for everyone to hear, he says oh, and now she's leaving. I get chased down the hallway. Do not get mad at me because the doctor told me something yesterday and I'm following her instructions. I should have listened to Dr Perna the first time I met her when she was more than an hour late for our first appointment so I left and about 50 minutes late for our second first appointment. She was upset I was upset. And she said I should find another doctor because she will continue to be at least an hour late but insisted I be on time. Passive aggressive poorly run practice. Run away.

When I arrived at the office, Dr. Ginsburg informed me that she had a personal appointment in 20 minutes, so my appointment would be short. She only addressed one of the issues I had during this time. During my visit she ordered a lab test, but she never got back to me with the results. After calling the office for two weeks, she finally called me back and left a voicemail, stating that my labs came back fine, and the next step to solving my issues would be to do a lactose test. She gave no further instruction. I called the office back again for another two weeks, but never heard bad from Dr. Ginsburg until about two weeks ago when she called me to let me know it was time for my next annual, and she wanted me to make an appointment with her. What a joke.

I have an anxiety disorder diagnosis and Dr. Greiger always works with me carefully to manage that - in order to stay out ahead of things like postpartum depression, etc. She & the office staff are the best. For pp checking reviews, I noticed Dr. Doloff's name in another one. Let me just say that due to schedules being what they are & my twins coming when they wanted to - Dr. Doloff actually delivered them. She was also spectacular. She pulled off the rare combo vaginal & c-section delivery of my twins calmly and cooly. Dr. G & Dr. D are both kind, conscientious, stellar docs who deserve the highest praise.

This review is specifically about Dr. Hong-Thao Thie…read more Boston has some very good doctors, but unfortunately, there are also doctors who provide extremely poor care. Based on my experience, Dr. Hong-Thao Thieu is one physician I strongly recommend that women with gynecological concerns avoid. First of all, Dr. Thieu was not the gynecologist recommended by my primary care physician. I was in an urgent situation and needed an appointment as soon as possible. The doctor originally recommended to me was unavailable, so I was referred to Dr. Thieu instead. From the beginning, I found her attitude toward me extremely cold and dismissive. During the appointment, she did not seem genuinely interested in understanding my condition or asking appropriate follow-up questions. I felt very uncomfortable speaking with her because I did not feel that she was truly listening to my concerns or taking my symptoms seriously. At that point, I had already taken several different antibiotics, and there were clear concerns about antibiotic resistance. Despite this, she did not review my previous test results or carefully consider my medication history. Instead, she simply told me to take Advil. After my test results came back later that day, she prescribed an antibiotic. However, when additional test results became available, they showed that the bacteria causing my infection had multidrug resistance and was also resistant to the antibiotic Dr. Thieu had prescribed. A nurse urgently contacted her and requested that the antibiotic be changed. My situation required prompt treatment. I understand that Dr. Thieu was off that day, but in an urgent medical situation involving an antibiotic-resistant infection, I would expect a physician to respond to an important clinical message or make sure another provider handled the issue. Instead, despite the need for an immediate medication change, I received no response or help from her. In the end, the prescription I needed was provided by the gynecologist originally recommended by my primary care physician -- not by Dr. Thieu. After this experience, I would strongly encourage women with gynecological concerns to carefully consider choosing another physician. When you are sick, especially when dealing with a complicated infection, you need a doctor who listens carefully, reviews your medical history and test results, communicates appropriately, and takes timely action when your condition requires it. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Hong-Thao Thieu was the exact opposite. I felt ignored, dismissed, and unsupported during a time when I genuinely needed medical attention. For these reasons, I cannot recommend her.
