There are many different frames constructed and otherwise throughout the interior of the shop, but in none of the ordered fashion you will find in most framing places. There are some very nice frames here, antique and gold leaf, as well as many much less appealing. As well as picture frames and mirrors, Derek's has some fireplaces as well.

We received excellent support and service in selecting our blinds, curtains and security doors. Two thirds of the curtains and blinds were made and installed within a month and the quality is excellent. The curtains look stunning. Our builder had promised to finish our doors and rear windows within a couple of months of handover and sadly nearly one year on we are still trying to get them to finish the job. We are hopeful it will be finished in the next couple of weeks. In the meanwhile we have vision blinds ready and waiting to be installed and we have had to put a hold on our security doors too because of the problems. BBB have patiently stored our blinds and waited to finish the job we paid for. They have regularly followed up with us about progress too. All staff from the customer support team to the measurers and installers have been super friendly and helpful too. At this point we can't fault BBB and would thoroughly recommend them to all. They're not the cheapest around but not the dearest either. The quality of their products and customer service totally justifies the expense. Thanks BBB for a great job so far. We hope to get the last bits done shortly.

(I am not sure what was check measured as I checked the diagram when it came time for installation and it was clearly wrong.) 7 weeks later, time for the installation and the problems begin. Take a Friday arvo off work - "The installer will be there at 2pm," we were told. We call at 3.45pm and were told, "he will be 15 minutes." The installer arrived at 6.40pm. We are having a 4 panel verticle drape installed in the living room. The panels were the wrong size by over 100mm. The installer advised that he would need to take them back in the morning to have them resized. We call at 11.00am the next morning and no one knows anything about this. I was advised, "Normally we would not call you, we would judt try to fix it." I requested a call on Monday - No Call. We call back on Tuesday and advised the service girl will call us straigh back - No Call. We call on Thursday and were told they will check and call us back - No Call. We get a call on friday to say the installer will be back Saturday. He comes back and puts the panels in. He Opens the packet for the Pelmet - No Tracks. The installers advises he will get and drop back one day the following week to put in. Wednesday, we call again - "He will be there thursday after work" - No Show - No Call. Friday - I call and are advised that she will check into it. She Promises a call back in 15-20 minutes - No Call. Monday - We SMS the installer and he says he will come that night. To confirm, I call the office and ask to speak to the manager. After being on hold for 5 minutes, I am told the manager is away and the office manager can call me back. I decline saying no one has called back yet, I wish to speak to her now. After a great deal of attitude, I am transferred. I relay the above story. A call is promised back where an appology for lack of communication is offered with annoyance over the fact we have contacted the installer ourselves. So apparently, tonight is the big night where this whole ordeal may finally be over. I recommend you find a different company if service is something you value.

Helped me choose a suitable carpet at a reasonable price, and arranged for it to be installed within the time-frame I needed. The two chaps who came to lay the carpet were very good at what they do. The room looks amazing with the new carpet. McLeay's office staff, showroom staff and installers were all great to deal with. I have no hesitation in giving McLeays a five star review.

We're currently renting our house through Klemich and they've been excellent…read more Contemplating dealing with them.? Then perhaps the following will be useful... Here's the majority of interactions we've had with Klemick over the past year: *Locating a place - Virginia kindly gave us a lift to show the house we're currently in. It's been a good fit and we're happy with our choice. *Inspections - An awkward and invasive practice, but fairly painless through Klemich. They organized convenient times and came and left without a fuss. *Water heater burst - A torrent of water was running alongside the house and down the lane. Virginia promptly organized a repairperson who came nighttime and replaced the tank. *Leaky shower - This small repair was fixed in a timely fashion. They keep a key to your house. If it suits you the repairperson can pick up the keys from Klemich and do the repair with zero hassle to you. *We broke our lease - I'm moving to Sydney at the end of the month for work. There was one month left on our lease. They were understanding and Pipi has been very helpful in working to get our place rented out ASAP. In summary, we've found them to be a professional mob. They keep good communication. I've got plenty of trust in Klemich. Their Kent Town office is handy to town by car.
